Drove two hours only to find the truck I was looking at online looked nothing like the truck in person. Every single wheel was destroyed. Scratches all... over the paint. Also the previous owner cut plastic away from the bumper to install a plow, which looks like they cut it with knife by hand. I left before the dealership even opened. I received a call from the manager saying they would paint the wheels, yes paint the wheels not replace them. And fix the bumper and try and buff out the scratches. Why wouldn’t you do this before you put the truck on the lot. I never write reviews but whoever owns this business should really consider trying something different. Oh and the truck has been for sale for over 4 months now...imagine that, get the point people, nobody wants the garbage.

We have had our vehicle serviced at Buick since we bought it. Unfortunately we will no longer do that. We were charge $45 to reconnect a parking break... (no new parts) that they had previously reconnected for us.

Although I did not buy my vehicle from them, they did go out of their way to make the shopping a pleasant process. They were nice and professional. The... only reason I did not buy the vehicle is that I decided I wanted a different type of vehicle than the one I test drove. Otherwise, if I did not change my mind I would have purchased it from Page!

The mechanics and service writers have been great. I was having my Denali serviced under warranty. The past service manager was great but the new ownership... has replaced the previous team with a new team. The service performed was great. Attention needs to focus on other support details that leave an impression, the loaner was the smallest car they have and it was dirty, very dirty, unacceptably dirty inside and out. Also loaners should be comparable to the car purchased at the dealership and when returned the car should be cleaned as is the acceptable norm.
