Any dealer who is happy to say “it is not my job to make sure you understand what your signing” cannot be trusted! They took advantage of a young man,... who didn’t know anything about buying a car and trusted that they were helping him. They knowingly lied about income by $4000 a month and had him sign the document without him realizing the amount of income they put on the forms. They are not honest and will do whatever it takes to get a sale. The manager is the rudest and most unprofessional “customer service” rep I have ever come across- but that will only come out when you question his tactics. He’s as friendly as can be when making the sale and filling his pocket book. At the end of the day, they made sure he declined the cooling off period and left with a car payment that is almost half his income. Then basically laughed about it when a little more than 24 hours later he tried to return the car and they refused because he unowingly declined the cooling off period and said we don’t have to make sure you know what your signing- with no empathy. Yes that may be a true statement, but they were fully aware this young man had no idea what he was doing or what to ask. keep this in mind before buying a car from this less than worthy Dealership.
