Good dealer

I liked dealing with Mr Adam. I bought a likenew Lexus rx350, they had the best price anywhere and car was almst brand new! It still had factory warranty and even smelled new on inside!!

Awesome cars

I followed this dealer's website for weeks before visiting, they have a lot of specialty cars. Unlike dealers who stock regular, run-of-the-mill cars, these guys have hard to find cars. Their lot is full of toys!! Every car we checked out was clean inside and out, and that really gave me confidence in their cars. We ended up picking up a barely-driven SLK55 for my wife, and have been enjoying it ever since. I waited a few months before leaving this review and I must say I was impressed every thing!!

A 1000 miles away

I'm a private pilot with a very busy schedule, so the typical car buying process doesn't work well with my schedule. I came across an Audi A6 that Flex Motors had and initially contacted Adam for pricing and shipping, since I live in Tacoma, WA. We practically worked out the whole deal by text message! It was a very easy process and their communication throughout the whole process was flawless. I would highly recommend these guys to anyone looking for a straight forward professional dealer.

Love my car!

I recently bought a BMW X6 from Flex motor cars and i love everything about it! I probably spent 3 months searching and researching before I bought a car. After test driving more than 15 cars, I visited this dealer and I was floored. The car was clean and well kept, and the service was super laid back. Would recommend to family and friends. Thx!!

A breeze!

Adam, Ryan and everyone at flex motorcars made my car purchase a breeze! I'm always anxious going into a a dealership, but these folks put me at ease and handled every part of the process very quickly! I got a great valuation for my trade, financing only took 15 minutes, and I never felt pressured at any point. This is how car buying should be!

Be careful!

The experience buying with flex motor was great until I signed the paperwork and go out to the vehicle and service engine soon light comes on. However, Adam assured me that he would take care of it. Adam said since I purchased the warranty he sold me he stated it should take affect 3 weeks after the paperwork was processed. 3 weeks go by and the headache keeps in. Even though, I called to check and he answer giving me the run around never returning my calls I always had to call him back and still going in circles he finally got me in touch with this shop .To make a long story short 2 months later after going back and forth with the broken promises The warranty company end up paying $1700 and I had to pay $500 and when I ask would they at least pay half he stated that my file was closed and he could not do anything. Just be careful I also received a letter from the Texas department stated that my registration was denied because the vehicle I purchased was in the a national stolen list. He said he would take care of that too. Will shall find out.

We put our cars through a very strict inspection process, which includes an extended test drive of 100-200 miles to ensure nothing was missed in our inspection and reconditioning process.
