    I am a very analytic type buyer so i research a lot with something i am getting ready to purchase. So car buying should be no different. First I love their... website, very customer friendly, great pics of your choices (cars), all the information you want about the vehicle, very reasonable pricing, even the financing. the whole buying process was Excellent !     Their delivery was a nightmare. Kept me waiting at home and missing work and a work related meeting. They were 26 hours late. Vroom does not seem interested... in resolving the issue.

    I got my dream car for a great price. I couldn't find one like it anywhere else. The entire process was exactly 5 weeks which included sale of vehicle,... financing, delivery of vehicle, titling and registration and delivery of license plates. During the entire time, customer service was great. There's barely any wait time on calls. The only reason I'm taking away a star is because of these reasons: 1. While customer service is great and there are some email updates, due to the fact that this is an e-commerce experience, there shouldn't be the need to call them so many times to get any sort of update. The site should allow users to register, create an account and track their vehicle step by step and make and the entire experience almost fully online and then back it up with the excellent customer service only when the need arises. That's when you truly become a great "online" dealer. Else, you're still like pretty much any other car dealer with a website. 2. Departments within the company need to communicate better with each other. For example, finance had no idea when I would receive my refund and they had to forward my call to customer service all the time.

    This is my second vehicle purchased from Vroom in the last 12 months, and I can't imagine ever buying a used car from a brick-and-mortar dealership again.... Vroom offers a terrific selection of late model used vehicles. The pictures really make it easy to know what the car looks like. I purchased a 2015 BMW 5-series, and the Vroom price compared to a similar make/model/mileage vehicle from CarMax was $3,000+ cheaper. I selected my vehicle over a few weeks of looking at photos. I filled out a credit application online, and they immediately called me to finalize the app, discuss rates and payments, and to get my $500 deposit. I received a loan package via FedEx 2 days later, signed all the paperwork, and sent it back in the pre-paid FedEx envelope they provided. About 3 days later, I started getting emails to schedule delivery. The process only took 9 business days from the moment I made the deposit to the moment I got my vehicle. The vehicle was clean, just as described, and runs great. Now I just need to get a state inspection and add this to my insurance policy, and the tags will be mailed to me in a few weeks. Thankfully, Vroom gives me a 60-day temp tag so there is ample time to receive the plates. This is the future of car-buying, and the 7-day money back guarantee makes it the perfect way to purchase a used vehicle.

    I was referred to Vroom by my neighbor. He had explained to me that he bought a car from them, but ended up returning it do to circumstances. He spoke... so highly of the process that I started to casually browse the site periodically among other car sites. It didn't take long until I found a car I wanted. The buying process was easy. I called, if I wanted to put a temp hold on the car, I just had to put a deposit down via credit car. I could get that back later on or take it off the purchase price. Easy enough. I was then overnight paperwork to complete with return overnight envelope. I knew a holiday was coming up and that would effect delivery - and it did, by about 4 or 5 days. The car still arrived 1 day earlier than expected with 60 day temp plates ready to go. Trade in? Wow that was too easy as well. Fill out the form, rate the condition, what I expected, and go. They replied back within to me 1 business day with their answer. I read a bad review about someone's temp plates expiring and it being a hassle to get new ones. I too ran into a situation where my tags expired. I called Vroom up and they had a new temp tag to me by the end of the day. No hassle or push back. My actual plates arrived about 2 weeks later, so I am glad I called for new tags. Christos was my original rep. He was great to work with, explained how everything would happen and a rough time line of when to expect things. I would suggest working with him. I expected pre-sales to be very good. I did not expect post-sales to be just as good. Coming off an absolutely terrible buying experience from a local dealer, this was a pleasant 180 of a process. Now when I share my terribly buying experience, I immediately follow it with how positive this one was. Keep it up Vroom.

    Great experience- I will never buy a car at a dealership again! I found the car I had been searching for for months and within 30 minutes, I had bought... the car. It arrived within 2 weeks in perfect condition. I LOVE VROOM!!

    It???s my first time buying a car online and I have all the doubts and concerns on my mind but I have to try it to find out and after it said and done,all... I can say was WOW!what a difference from the traditional dealership. It???s like day and night . It???s so easy,no pressure and stress free from start to finish and all the staff I dealt with were courteous, professional and very helpful. about the car,better than expected,loved it.     I started this car buying process about a week ago for my Audi a4. Ut was going smooth I let them know I need the car by the 12th as i was moving. I get... a bunch of oh yea this is no problem we can do that its plenty of time 14 days and this process will be done. I get a quote today of a delivery date that could go out to the 17th and they tell me it depends on the inspection team. They proceed to tell me they have NO contact with the inspection team they cant teachout to them to see when this will all be done and I ask to speak to some one higher than her as this is NOT what I was told and she tells me I cant. Vroom might of just screwed up my whole move. I'll be calling usaa to see if I can get this company reported to them they shouldn't be suggesting this company to veterans and I will be very vocal about not buying from vroom.

    The bottom line is they continually mislead you about the car and most importantly about delivery. The process of buying the car was fine. They are a... bit slow at processing paperwork, but the up front process was fine. The problem was after the sale was finalized. The truck I purchased went into a ???safety inspection??? for 10 days after I purchased the vehicle. This is after the salesman told me I would have the car in 7 - 10 days. Why did they not inspect the car BEFORE they sold it to me???? Then they found some ???issues??? with a fog light and that had to be replaced. More delays... I have spoken with numerous customer service reps and have not once received a call back. Their delivery team is worthless. They have no idea where the car is and have told me numerous delivery dates. In one day, two different reps told me two different dates!!!! They are terrible at fulfillment of the purchase and the process is backwards. I still don???t have my car and I wired my money 3 weeks ago.
