Scam, scam, run away.
Stay Away, you will regret purchasing from them. I saw a vehicle online that was listed for about 21k, I called in to make sure this was the final price because I’m financing through my bank. They told me that is not the real price and I need to drive 3 hours to their dealership ship so they could scam me. ✌🏼
This place is an absolute scam please I beg you do not give your hard earned money to these folks. The salesman yelled at me on the phone and told me to "stop crying" when I asked him what additional fees they had. Whatever the price of the car you see is, you have to pay all the interest up front, and then pay interest on that. What a joke. If the car is 30k @ 6% over 72 months and the interest you pay over 7 years is say $6k, you have to finance 36k 🤣. Even if you pay off your loan in 3 months you still paid 7 years worth of interest. They will not allow you to come with your own financing or cash. That's how you tell a scam from a legit dealership.
Professional Scammers !!!
Worst dealership I’ve ever been to. I saw a Toyota Camry se 2020 for $18,950. I saw this car on cars.com from Washington DC. I Confirmed with a salesman (Lewis) for $18,950. I drove from Washington DC to New York to their dealership. Then they said that the price was advertising and the real price was above $26,000 with another salesman (zayd). I told Zayd that Lewis confirmed the price with me for $18,950. Zayd not believe that. I told zayd to give Lewis a call and Lewis confirmed $18,950 with zayd too. Then zayd said “unfortunately we cannot go under $26,000.” It’s a complete waste time. I am advising you to not go over there. If you see a good reasonable price don’t be fooled they surely with over charge you $5,000+
Stay Away from this dealership
stay away from this place. I brought a car with them 4 weeks ago. the purchased price is 19,000. They added so many fees that made the car go up to 28K. I put 5,300$ downpayment. they stole my 5,300$. Now im stuck with 29K for a nissan 2017 maxima. they refuse to explain to me where my downpayment money went. They keep telling me to come back and refinance after 6 months. I really don't trust this dealership.
Run away from this snake pit.
Run away from this snake pit. I saw an Ultima on car gurus on Saturday and Stephanie called me, I asked for pics but they had none. They sent me a carfax(turns out this was not the right one). I made an appointment to come in on Monday evening as I live 30 miles away. I had another confirmation from Vanessa regarding the car on Monday morning. I confirmed I was coming in again. I get to Great Neck 45 minutes early, ask about the car and it’s not there. It’s at another location. They may not have it until tomorrow. Total bs to get us to come in. We walked out. Bait and switch, lying and false advertising are prevalent! Two people from the dealership tried to call me 1/2 hr after I had left. I wasn’t picking up the phone to be lied to again.
Would not acknowledge to exception listed in cars.
Would not acknowledge to exception listed in cars.com for cash purchasing. Numbers are written in words not in digits - not to scare any potential visitors. Would not work any numbers unless application was signed.
Ronnie was great.
Ronnie was great. Everyone was very helpful and professional. Great place to go and buy a car.
So, let me tell you about our experience with this place.
So, let me tell you about our experience with this place. We drove 2 hours, ready to purchase a 2018 Nissan Rouge for 18,500. When we get there, they tell us that isn't the price and the 18,500 price is listed "after a suggested down-payment, the real price is 21,500". Then they added "inspection charge" which was about 3200. Sales tax was 3500 (no idea how they arrived at that number). A couple of other charges added up to another 2,000. So, the Rouge we went down for because it was listed as 18,500, was now about 29,000. With a 3,500 down-payment, we were looking at financing 25,500. This didn't happen all at once either, it built up over the 3 hours we were there. They made up get insurance on the car before giving us any loan payment options. Finally, we get into the Financial Office and they say we can have it for $484/month for 72 months, interest rate being 6.99% (we have great credit). When my wife almost starts crying, they magically dropped the interest rate down to 5.49%, and payment went to $400/month for 75 months. I would never recommend going to this place and their shady ways. Super disappointed in myself for not doing my DD with this place. Learn from this experience!
Wasted my time to feel emotionally invested in buy
Came in to look at a car I was highly interested in. Called in to make sure it was available, it was however not on the same dealership lot. They had me waiting 4 hours saying the car is only 10 mins away but someone is in the process of financing. They ended up lying and saying it sold then relisting it online for a higher markup!! Crooks I tell you. Make sure you add $10K to every online car price when walking into a dealership.
They are fraud. I never heard of a dealership that won't let you pay cash or allow you to finance elsewhere. I was told the only way I can get a vehicle is if I finance through them which is ridiculous. That mean they are trying to sell you a car with a high APR that way they can make you think your getting a vehicle for a great price but you will be paying them a ton of money in interest. Please do your homework before purchasing from dealerships like this I've purchased ton of vehicles and never was told I could use cash or a bank of my choice. I'm pretty sure most if not all of the 5 star reviews are people they know or themselves.
