Communication from the service department was poor.
Communication from the service department was poor. They quoted me $1500 in repairs, which I approved, and did not fix the problem for which I brought in the car. It took another 5 weeks for them to finally fix the problem, and they failed to communicate with me unless I reached out to them. They did provide a free rental after the first repairs did not fix the problem, but the lack of communication makes me want to never return.

Excellent dealer, provided vehicle choice, customer service, explanation of financing, financing, delivery of vehicle, and understanding of options, warranty and service. Entire process was the best I have received in years. Other dealers in Flint and Grand Blanc should learn from this dealer.

Would nor have even given 1 star but website will not let
Would nor have even given 1 star but website will not let me give negative stars. Worst experience ever. Needed tires and an alignment. Took more than a week and vehicle still not done. When I did get it back, not everything had been completed. Will never take anything there and definitely would not recommend anyone take anything there.

Did a great job with recall work and when the inspect the truck they found a leak in the front seal and replaced it right there instead of having us bring it back.

No response from the dealer when asked for their best
No response from the dealer when asked for their best price out the door on a vehicle that I was interested in buying. They (like many other dealers) were asking a higher price for a Used van (2021 model) that was above the MSRP for a new 2023 vehicle. So frustrating... too many games.
