I requested the "exclusive e-price" since I live out of town. The price is the same as advertised so I don't know why its exclusive. Talked to Randy about... the van but was not ready to commit. I received a couple follow up calls but nothing too pushy. When I was ready I called and made an offer. Randy said he would talk to his sales manager and call me back in 5 minutes. Never called. I called back 3 days later and left a message for him again nothing. called again and talked to Michael told him what I was willing to pay he said he would see what he could do and call me back but again no call back. Guess they didn't want to sell me a vehicle.

Dealership has had our new 2019 Dodge Ram since the first 24 hours after purchasing it broke down. We had to get Corporate involved because the Dealership... failed to return calls and salesmen Mike Lopez never returned our calls either from day one. Extremely unprofessional staff they could use some training on customer service. To this day the Dealership still has our brand new truck and we have to pay on a truck we don't have. Beyond disappointing with the ENTIRE purchase and experience.
Austin was by far the most attentive and responsive sales person I have worked with. He remained professional and made the experience seem less. Would... definitely use in the future.
