New HRV

Very great experience at Wheaton Honda. I would recommend to anyone. Kris Schawalder in detail, Carlos in new vehicle delivery and James Eveneshen in finance were all incredible and helpful. Will definitely go back.

Outstanding the salesman did an excellent job

The Wheaton dealership is very good to deal with I would rate them 10 out of 10 The only flaw was the delivery procedure even though the people going over the functions of the car are very knowledgable there was not enough time for the instructions . They did not tell us that we could come to the dealership for more instruction Neil Warhaft

Outstanding

I purchased a new 2017 crv and had the best new vehicle buying experience ever. My salesman was Dan Macyk, my financial services manager was James Eveneshen, and my delivery coordinator was Carlos Juarez. Everyone exceeded my expectations in their knowledge, and professionalism. I can't thank you all enough for making the whole experience the joy buying a new vehicle should be.

Stress Free!

It was night and day from the other experiences we had at dealerships. We dealt with Altaz and he was not pushy but listened to what we needed and helped us narrow down to get the exact right vehicle. We trusted his opinions and was never pushy. He was also very thorough with each vehicle we looked at so we really knew what we were looking at. The whole team we dealt with was great and it made the overall experience the least stressful it could be, will definitely buy future vehicles here.

Buyers Beware!

I had a horrendous experience at this dealership. They tried to rip me off on my trade-in and grossly inflated the price of the vehicle. They would not allow me to see what they were offering me for my trade-in and stated that they would only allow me to see the interest rate I was being offered, after I agreed to purchase the vehicle. I went to a different Honda dealership who told me what my trade-in value was, the interest rate, and my monthly payments were significantly less. The other dealership showed me everything up front. Wheaton was not willing to give me any information other than monthly payment cost and even went to the extent to tell me that all dealerships operate this way, which I know is not true. Buyers beware!

Top Notch Service

I requested further information on a vehicle on the wheatonhonda.com website and within minutes I had an email response from Cam Headrich !! He helped me by email as that worked better for me, I drove down from Fort McMurray and picked the vehicle up the same day!! The whole staff has been extremely helpful throughout the process. Cam H was so understanding and thoughtful with the needs/wants I had requested in a vehicle, his knowledge of the Honda line helped guide us through our purchase. Thanks to everybody at Wheaton Honda ! We will be back.

No backing up of work done

I had my driver and passenger and ignition locks redone in July 2015 - $975. In February 2017, the exact same problem occurred ( key wore out and I could not turn on ignition). I had my car towed to the dealership. They quoted $500 to replace the worn out key and said they would throw in a second door key for free. They also offered 10% off bill. (By my math, that would be $50.) I argued that a key does not wear out in 1.5 years. The technician agreed that he has never seen this happen in such a short time. The Service Manager could not explain it either. The only discount offered on the invoice was $34!! I argued that the work was not done correctly the first time or the key is faulty. I was offered no explanation but had to pay the bill in order to drive to my job the next day. I have filed a claim with Honda Canada. Very disappointed in dealership. My family has driven Honda for my whole life...

I’m sorry to hear you weren’t satisfied with your visit to our dealership and that we have caused you frustration while we attempted to solve your concern. As you mentioned, we had replaced the ignition back in 2015. At that time, we also provided you with a new set of keys and gave you your old set back. During your second visit to the dealership this year, we inspected the key you brought in and the tip was indeed worn down. We agreed that the key should not have worn down in only 1.5 years and offered you a 10% discount. Unfortunately, the discount cannot be applied to any sublet amounts as those repairs are handled outside of the dealership and we have no control over the cost. Your final invoice does indicate a 10% discount on the parts and labour provided at our dealership. Please give me a call at 780-463-7888 so I can clarify any confusion with the charges. AMAZING CUSTOMER SERVICE

Did things that other Honda dealerships refused to do for me. Went above and beyond. Fast amazing customer service. Went in a few days later to have my car detailed and they already a nice warmed up car ready for me.

Overall Great Experience

Went to the used vehicles department last week to look at some Civics. I was helped by Altaz who was very helpful and was not the type of salesman to pressure you into buying things which was great. Found what I wanted, overall a good experience. Can't remember the gentleman's name but the shuttle car driver was really friendly too.
