Arrogant and Unfriendly Acting Manager - Brandon Fillatre

I was dealing with their salesman Walter Kazuro. Only good things can be said about him. He is extremely nice and professional. But when I was about to close my deal for a Brandon (acting manager) he did not consider to negotiate for a single penny just because they had the last two Aspen Pearl vehicles left. His overall behavior was extremely un-salesman like. He should never be allowed to fill in as manager. I have only praise and appreciation for Walter. Great professional Salesman.

I was also involved earlier on in your shopping process, and am aware that it was communicated to you before you arrived at the dealership that we are not able to provide a discount on the vehicle you have requested because that particular colour and model/trim combination is rare and in high demand, and can be sold at a price that remains fair to both the buyer and the dealership (who needs to pay their staff for their work). We have offered to negotiate on price for the same vehicle in other colours that are more common, and that offer still remains on the table. Best purchasing experience I've had thus far.

From the moment I made the call to trade in my truck for a new accord they were very accommodating and reassuring. Very professional and enthusiastic. The vehicle I purchased was in great shape, and they withheld no prior information. They honestly worked numbers as hard as they could, given my situation. I would definitely recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking for more then just a transaction. I really felt valued and properly taken care as I left the lot. Thank you Wheaton Honda!

Good experience

Good experience overall. I applied for a lease take over financing. There was a delay due to a staff vacation but they made up for it.

painless replacement

My wife owns a 2013 Honda Accord and I owned a 2014 Odessey SE, both purchased from Wheaton Honda. Great experience, wonderful vehicles. Especially when a distracted driver drove into my rear end, totaling my vehicle and damaging the 4 following vehicles. The Odessey was 2 feet shorter, but I was uninjured. Buying a new 2016 Odessey SE was a no-brainer! The folks at Wheaton Honda made it easy. They brought in just the vehicle I wanted and sold it to me for a fair price.

Used vehicle purchase

Treated very well. Service was prompt and efficient. Salesman, John C. was especially helpful and understanding, ensuring all details of the purchase were thoroughly understood. His genuine concern for our wellbeing was quite evident. James E., financial service manager, was equally helpful and quite thorough too. No surprises at all. Both were very professional and courteous, and tended to treat you as family. Both were five star performers! Overall, we are very satisfied with our purchase and the way we were treated. Would definitely recommend a friend.

Used Vehicle Purchase

I recently purchased a used Honda Fit from Wheaton Honda and I couldn't be happier. The entire transaction was pleasant and smooth. The staff let us browse on our own without any pressure, and were readily available to answer any questions.

Amazing place to Buy Honda!!!

I have been to many dealership but this dealership understands you need and will always try to get good deal!!! If you are looking for Honda check this dealership and look for Rami, amazing person, very humble and awesome salesperson i have ever dealt with. 7 Star to Rami for this awesome work!!!!

Purchase of CRV-SE

Recently purchased a a Honda CRV-SE model and it pays to be a loyal Honda client. We've been with Honda for the past 10 years and they really take care of their clients. They gave me 0.99% for 84mos on my new CRV-SE with tremendous package included. The whole family is happy and we would like to thank Honda for being a part of it...

Wheaton Honda with Great customer service

Recently purchased a Honda civic Ex-t from Wheaton Honda after going around to other dealerships around Edmonton, st. Albert and Sherwood park. We started experiencing great customer service as we met sales consultant Rami Kamaledinne. He was friendly, receptive and had lots of info about what we were looking for. we test drove a Civic and found it as expected. The price I paid was the lowest around town so i put a deposit down down. We picked up the car three days after and met Emil Unait in Finances ( cool funny guy) and Carlos Juarez(friendly and knowledgeable). We experienced some awesome service right from the beginning to the end. and definitely recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a Honda. ( and go look for Rami Kamaledinne.)
