It's Ok.........

They have a good service depending on who you're dealing with. I found Brandon a bit rude for a Sales Manager, which, as a client, made me think twice of choosing Honda. They have good deals, however, they will definitely do what they can to make money on you, and it's up to the client to not get trapped. But overall the experience was Ok.

Amazing service

Ive given wheaton honda 5 stars, because of their great customer service, and how honest they are with their customers. They work hard to get you into the vehicle you like and want. My experience was the best ive ever had.

Great experience!

We did our homework, compared similar vehicles and it came down to a Honda CRV. Wheaton Honda - we dealt with Evans Majiri - was fair and patient :) (I do love the haggling!). Would not hesitate to recommend Evans - or Wheaton Honda. Hopefully the service will be as good as the selling! Carlos did our 'orientation' - lots of features on this vehicle that we were not familiar with He was very patient ... and explained everything we needed to know. Great job!

Great cars, great value, great used warrantee.

My experience at Wheaton Honda was excellent. They have an quality selection of cars at great prices. The thing that sold me was their used car warranty. At other dealers, I asked the question, "What would happen if the car died one week after buying it," and I would get an non-answer of "Well, we'd make sure to work with you to help you". At Wheaton their used cars come with a few month warranty, so you KNOW you're not being sold a lemon. They were also very accommodating letting me put the car through a registered AMA inspection before buying. The only negative were the car pick-up department and detailing. Sure, you can buy a car until 9pm at night, but you can only pick it up weekdays between 9 and 5. The "car orientation" consisted of installing my license plate, looking in the owners manual when I had questions, and trying to scrub out an oily residue on the dash that the detailers missed. There's some room for improvement here, but I'll gladly look here for my next used car.

I felt comfortable spending my money here. Nuff said?

I spent my time choosing the right SUV - from RAV4, Forester, Santa Fe to CRV. I was pretty open minded to all of the vehicles but I found the Honda CRV to be the best all-around and well-balanced vehicle I could find. I ventured into St. Albert Honda and Pointe West Go Honda and I felt like I got more of a "True Price" than anywhere else. There was no BS negotiation here. I wasn't comfortable in buying a car so soon (May 2016 instead of Sept 2016) but Rami, Vu, Shannon, and Carlos won me over. I got an offer that I couldn't resist and it was an offer that I didn't feel comfortable counter-offering any more. I also didn't feel comfortable showing my bill of sale to St. Albert Honda or Pointe West Go Honda or any other Honda dealership in town. Some might call that stupid but I call that being fair. I didn't feel screwed over during any part of my purchase process. The car is parked happily in my garage now and I haven't really started using it yet and it is probably depreciating like a brick but I still feel happy purchasing the vehicle. I think that's Wheaton Honda for ya :) If I see anything fishy down the road I'll update my review accordingly, but I find that chance very slim.

Great overall experience

The entire team at Wheaton Honda (Brandon, James, Emil, Carlos...) made the vehicle process very easy with no pressure. They understood what we wanted and didn't want and found a Honda Odyssey what work for our budget. I would recommend this dealership to anyone... Matthew and Sarah Edmonton, AB

Speedy and accommodating with no pressure

My car purchase experience was solid through this location. I felt no pressure to buy and had every confidence in the product I was buying. Salesperson delivered numbers to me quickly and efficiently, with no backroom bargaining. Financial meeting went smooth, effective and efficient. Great experience!

Happy with service

Got an oil change done on my 2011 Honda Odyssey, the whole service change went fast and quick with appointment. I would go back again.
