We just purchased a Honda CR-V from Wheaton Honda. They treat us so well the minute we went inside the dealership and Brandon was so helpful, He informed us everything we needed to know about the car we wanted.

Incomplete service done
Took our Honda Pilot in for Airbag recall and oil change. horn fuse not reinstalled and worse yet, the fuse box cover was left laying upside down on top of the fuses with the missing one in it. This could have easily fallen off on moving parts and caused damage let alone the fact that I had an inoperable horn for 6 days! I am left wondering if the oil change was done, and if in fact the airbag recall had been completed. I would not trust this dealer service dept with my Honda.

Hello Ms. Stadnick, I just wanted to follow up again after my last message and apologize for the experience you have had in our Service department, especially with regard to your vehicle being without a functional horn for several days. As you can appreciate, employees from all types of businesses make mistakes, and our technician made a mistake when performing work to your vehicle. I have gone through your repair order and verified with each person who was involved that your oil change and the airbag recall were definitely completed, but that in the technician's haste, he missed plugging the horn fuse back in, closing the fuse box, and putting it back in its place before we returned the vehicle to you. I have spoken with the technician and our Service Manager at great length to find out what could have transpired, and knowing the placement of the fuse box under the hood, I can confirm that no further damage could have been caused by having the fuse box not replaced, but do agree that no vehicle should ever be without a functioning horn. The technician in question has been working on Honda vehicles for many years, and performed thousands of recall repairs to vehicles; this is the first mistake he has made, and he does not take it lightly. I would still like to find out what we can do to regain your confidence in our dealership, and would love to speak with you directly to see how we can move forward from here. Pleasant
I was welcomed by Evans Magiri the moment I walked through the door. He was very helpful and kind throughout my buying experience. I never felt pressure and he never tried to encourage me to buy more. As a woman I always worry that I'm going to get scammed by car dealers, or treated like a small child, but this was a very nice experience.

I just got my 2016 Honda CrV at this dealership and all I can say is they did a great job! They are very helpful in every way that they can be. They were very helpful with picking out a vehicle. They weren't pushy but were very informative. When I changed my mind and wanted to go back to an original deal made it wasn't an issue at all and Vu was so helpful!!! Brandon helped to get all the things I wanted in the vehicle!
