The staff at Wheaton Honda, were the friendliest and most helpful, courteous people we have had the privilege of dealing with. Our 2013 CR-V was inside, (I thought it was a new vehicle sitting there), and it was ready for us to take for a test drive. We were from out of town and this was the first time seeing the SUV. They dealt with me by email and phone and it was truly great. There was never any pressure on us at anytime. I would say, "We got even more than we were expecting".

I knew what I was looking for and knew prices well. Right away was told that they could match or improve on price to one I had test drove in Sherwood Park. Had a good experience buying s used vehicle from there. Being from out of town they were able to get the vehicle ready for us so we could take it home the same day. Good to deal with even after we got the van home had some unseen chip repair work that needed to be fixed. A small cost but Ian the used car salesmen was willing to cover the cost. Which was fair. Me and my husband has been thinking of upgrading to an SUV for a long time. We always thought Pilot is a good choice. The salesperson Brandon helped me a lot by showing me the difference of the two trims i'm looking at. I got to see them first hand and in person to compare them better, with the detailed pricing of each. I get to test drive it as well, and it was really good (considering i've been driving a small car for so many years!) Brian, the finance manager helped me get a better deal that suits my monthly budget without skipping the coverage I needed for my new car. Their manager Vu, was approachable and great to deal with as well. Carlos was the guy in the Vehicle Delivery department who showed us what we need to know about our new car. He's knowledgeable and helpful with infos we needed to know. They even offered me a vehicle while waiting, so i can do important things like the car Registration. (The vehicle was really good btw! Thanks!) Overall experience was good and beyond my expectations. Got my new car today, clean and detailed. Appreciate everyone, God bless!
