I bought a 2009, used., AWD Enclave in October 2014. I purchased my Enclave from Dianne Muldoon. Dianne looked for just the right car at the right price, and kept in touch with possible cars for several months, until the right one became available. She repeatedly followed up with me to make sure that I was happy with the vehicle and whether I needed any help or information. She answered all my questions quickly whether in person, by phone, or by email. Dianne also helped me decide the best payment method for my circumstances. I purchased a Buick Verano from this dealership from the sales consultant Mark Klein who is very professional , knowledgeable and charismatic . This is the second vehicle I purchased from Mark and he has such a great sense of humor making the buying of an expensive vehicle less traumatic. Once Mark knew the vehicle I was interested in he spent no expense of time in explaining to me the workings of the car so I understood and felt comfortable with the process. I would not have come in and purchased a 2nd car or from Mark or this dealership if it was not such a good experience.
