Purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas on January 17th/2021

Purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Atlas on January 17th/2021 received a call the day after deal and was told Tim Beernink forgot to state last night the vehicle Carfax showed was in a rear end collision. $9244 damage but not to worry car was repaired and fine. I was hesitant to purchase the vehicle but sales rep Tim Beernink stated they would stand behind the sale if we decided this would not lessen the trade in on this vehicle if we traded in the future. We were driving home from Florida March 17th 2025 and the rear spring on the drivers side snapped in half and broke on Hwy 75 leaving us stranded for two days until we got repaired. We contacted the sales manager Ryan and showed him the broken spring which showed vinyl coating missing and spring rusted. He said the sales rep Tim would call us and we met with him on Monday March 24th. I told Tim that I was not happy with this vehicle and lost all confidence driving after this breakdown. I told him that we want another vehicle compatible and he said he would call us back Wednesday, March 26th. I have not heard back from Tim and I left him a message March27th. I am not very happy with customer service with this dealership and would NOT recommend purchasing from them. Not even offer to assist with repairs completed while stranded out of country on this vehicle we purchased after 60 days knowing the circumstances we provided initially. Very upsetting…

Keith White from Finch Chysler has been the best salesman to deal with .Always treats me great .Give me the best deal I can find ,not to mention the Great 2018 Chevrolet Silverado I got. It's awesome

I don't normally leave reviews but thought it necessary

I don't normally leave reviews but thought it necessary to point out the way this dealership treats it's customers when it comes to handling complaints. I recently saw an add on facebook advertising an as is vehicle that caught my eye. It was a cadilac SRX they were selling as is. I drove from Ingersoll to take a look at it because it appeared to be in very good condition. I've purchased at least a dozen or so vehicles as is and had great success. I met with Dean Zimmerman who by the way was an absolutely brilliant salesman. I felt he was a down to earth great person that I felt comfortable dealing with. He met me later that night after 5pm and had the car ready to test drive. Everything went smoothly and after the ride I made my offer to purchase. It wasn't accepted but we exchanged phone numbers and said we would re-visit the deal Monday again as his sales manager countered my offer. Monday we talked again and said I would be able to take the car to my mechanic to give an appraisal on how much it would cost to safety. I made arrangements to have it inspected Tuesday in Ingersoll. Again I want to state the outside of the vehicle looked perfect, and not a spot of rust. The motor and drivetrain sounded excellent and I wasn't prepared for what the mechanic showed me when he had it on the hoist. He immediately stopped the inspection and called me to have a look. I was floored when I say the undercarriage frame had holes rusted the size I could put my hand through on both sides of the car underneath. He said it was an unsafe car that couldn't be put on the road. With that information I drove it back to the dealership and asked to see the sales manager. I didn't blame Dean for this but thought maybe the sales manager could help see his way clear to compensate me for the half tank of gas and the shop expense. I met with the used car sales manager Dave Penhale who right off the bat broadcasted his bold as is where is statement and in no way shape or form was he going to help. Basically it's buyer beware. (Be very aware this guy would rip off his own grandmother to make a buck.) If Finch is going to be in the business of selling as is vehicles they should NOT be trying to sell unfit vehicles. I want to reiterate that Dean Zimmerman was outstanding and not held responsible in the least for any of this. I blame the dealership and it's managements attitude towards the customer.

Contacted to e dealership to inquire about trading my

Contacted to e dealership to inquire about trading my Tacoma in for. a Ram Rebel they had in stock. Ended up having Jordan reach out to me quite quickly with plenty of information and eagerness to assist. He worked with me in some requests as it was going to be close to a two hour drive for me to get out there so he went above and beyond to go through many of my questions and inquiries over email and by phone. Unfortunately I never had a chance to visit him or the dealership because I ended up buying a different truck from another local dealer as it was a very specific configuration thag had become available. Despite this Jordan was still very friendly and professional and I would highly recommend you request his assist when shopping for your next vehicle. Otherwise I wouldn’t have gone out of the way to write a review for someone I never ended up having the chance to meet!

Buyer beware!

Buyer beware! Keep records of Finch Chrysler’s vehicle pricing before reaching out to the dealer. Was in the market for a new Ram 1500 TRX and inquired on few of the ones they had listed on their website. I was told by their salesmen Clark units were available. I told him few of the TX's are discounted while others were not and if they could apply the "Finch discount" to the other TRX's that don't have it. Clark told me there are no discounts and I told him they are discounts stated on the website listings. He said he would reach out to his manager and get back to me right away. Hour goes by and no call. I knew something was wrong and luckily my browser was still on their website so I recorded and screenshotted there TRX inventory. I noticed all discounts removed and prices increases of $40-60,000 on the same vehicles. I contact Clark he acted as if he didn't know me and then just said that the vehicles are actually all sold. I told him 4 trucks sold in an hour or the price went up $40-60,000. He said "yup that's the price". Asked for manager got denied then laughed and hung up on the phone. Initially reached out to Micheal P. (VP Customer Relations) who seemed not to care nor communicate with me. Came up with all sorts of excuses and in disbelief of the entire situation. Have reached out to Jordin (CEO) who forwarded my issue with Mike B (Managing Partner). Mike ultimately claimed my situation and the increase in pricing to "website issues". After that the website applied general RAM discounts to all models when TRX were supposed to be excluded. That's fine but doesn't explain how MSRP pricing on website went up, nor the actions and lies of his staff. “Sold vehicles” are still on the website. At the end of this I was able to take there "website issue" and "Finch discount" pricing to other dealers and get a better deal at a far more ethical customer focused dealership. Dealer Rater does not allow photo attachments or I would show proof in this review.
