Went out of their way to accommodate my older truck trades, and put me in a vehicle that met my requirements Disappointed with the dealership's add on accessories , ( ie- wheel mud flaps, poor fit - window wind deflectors not wanted -negotiated (tonneau ) truck bed cover was a low end product initially. I feel that over paid for the better second cover that should have been part of the original deal. Small stuff but takes away from the overall enjoyment of buying first new truck in 17 years

I took my 2019 Eco Sport in for regular oil change and left with a 2021 escape . I really wasn’t looking to sell or trade but Brandan was great! He worked to get me a deal that worked for me in a vehicle I wanted . They were quick and efficient to get it all done and the new car looks great

He cares about people and goes the extra mile, and then some: assisting with ordering the vehicle and being more than fair with trade-ins, explaining all the extras, following up after the order is placed, quickly letting you know when the vehicle finally arrives and organizing delivery as soon as reasonably possible. Dave is very knowledgeable and explains the new vehicle to you from front to back before you leave with it, with no question asked being too stupid! It doesn't end there, his door is always open going forward for any issues or further questions. Well done, Dave!
