Bought my last truck from Dave in 2004, he was great to deal with then so I went looking for him for this purchase, he knows his stuff.

Sales adds costs to the final agreement that they conveniently failed to tell you about. Look very closely at anything you sign if you choose to buy from them . I won't again .

I only have great things to say about this dealership. We weren't even planning on buying a vehicle right that day and ended up going back to Victoria with a new Bronco! The sales representative Simon was so friendly and knowledgeable and was a pleasure to deal with. The sales manager was great too. I've certainly had painful experiences in the past at car dealerships but this was an entirely different experience. It was our first purchase at Island Ford but it won't be our last. I wouldn't hesitate to buy there again.

I have been involved in two vehicle purchases and both times extra costs were added on that were never talked about or mentioned at any time . If you choose to buy from Island Ford make sure you triple check , especially the fine print , any paper or form they want you to sign to make sure it's what was discussed . Not the type of BS I would expect to see at an established Ford dealer . I'll never be back . Buyer Beware !!!

Worst car experience ever. My salesman, Amado, would ignore all my texts for weeks until I call the store and he would pick up. The sales manager, Kyle martin, wouldn't return my call until 2 weeks later. I was fed up with these people so I had to fight for my deposit back. Cars are also marked up 10-15k above msrp. I was able to find a ford maverick at a closer location for 10k cheaper than what I had a deposit on.

We have purchased our 7th vehicle from Dave Faithfull. Always a great experience. With Dave's knowleadge and experience he always goes the extra mile to make sure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. Thanks to Edie in making the transaction seemless. Dave was such a great guy to meet at the Ford dealership when we bought our Ford explorer. Breath of fresh air. Highly knowledgeable about every little detail on our car. He's the guy you feel as if you have known him for years.
