We purchased our 5th Ford vehicle from Dave Faithfull at Island Ford. The service was awesome and the we are very happy with our Ford Ranger. Edie Lange had all the paperwork ready for us when we came to get the vehicle. We would not hesitate for recommend Dave, Edie and Island Ford.

Dave, and Island Ford are awesome to deal with.

Dave, and Island Ford are awesome to deal with. I have purchased dozens of vehicles over the years through David, and his service is second to none. He always goes the extra mile, and is continually looking at all options to give me the best value. I always highly recommend him.

Not faithful to a loyal customer.

Not faithful to a loyal customer. Letting greed get in the way of a healthy and loyal Buisness practices. I have purchased 2 vehicles here totalling 130,000 in value in the past two years and being a loyal customer for came back for a third to be pushed away over greedy company policy. David has put in little effort to resolve this saying well it’s policy. Managing multiple dealerships myself I have to say this is very poor Buisness practice and I would not let a good customer walk over greed.

Robbie was excellent!

Robbie was excellent! Trustworthy, professional and straight-forward sales process! No pressure and he made everything go very smoothly. He knows exactly how to find the best vehicle and best deal :) very happy with my new Mazda CX-5 from Island Ford!

Big shoutout to Mike Wiley in the parts department for getting us a part for our Ford Escape that we purchased two years ago from Sandra another outstanding employee at Island Ford. To the woman who threatened to repo my best friends car,

To the woman who threatened to repo my best friends car, As her first new car, she thought she was doing the right thing by bringing her car in to the manufacture. To build a relationship with a service department close to her. Never could I have imagined receiving the call I did following the interaction she had with you. How dare you? How dare you talk to some one in such a way. I hope you never speak to someone this way. I hope that you take some time to think of how something like that would make someone feel. Who do you think you are? You are not the bank, you are not the dealership that sold her the car in the first place, you are a service advisor. Your Job primarily being responsible for managing customer requests for maintenance and repairs, providing excellent customer service to customers, writing repair orders, communicating with customers about the status of work, collecting payment for services, accurately handling cash and credit payments, & selling additional services, including parts and accessories where appropriate. Not to make comments "you're lucky you came back to pay or else I would have hated to come to your house and repo your car" in a condescending tone with a smile on your face. If your store policy required payment in full, you should have just said that. Rather than telling her it was okay to do her daily limit the day of pick up and the remaining balance the following day.

Justin perpetuates the markup pricing that Ford CEO

Justin perpetuates the markup pricing that Ford CEO Farley said will be punishable. Dont buy from Justin. Ford CEO Jim Farley knows who they are, and they will feel Ford’s wrath in their future vehicle allocation.

I purchased a mustang in July at Island Ford and dealing

I purchased a mustang in July at Island Ford and dealing with Dave Faithfull was such a relaxing and enjoyable experience I just went back to Dave and purchased a new Ford Maverick. His expertise, knowledge and professionalism is second to none . It was an breath of fresh air working with him. I highly recommend him .
