My Sales Professional, Dallas Hill was amazing. Communication prior to me coming into Island Ford Superstore in Duncan was really appreciated. I had time and support to find exactly what I wanted and had any questions answered very quickly, even in the evenings and on the weekend. Dallas was very efficient and knowledgeable when I came into the dealership and was quick to have my truck appraised for a trade in and take me test driving in the cars I was interested in. He quickly gathered the information needed to get the process started for me to leave with a car that I love. I just purchased an SUV through Jesse at Island Ford. My circumstances were a bit unusual as I had to wait a month after choosing the vehicle and I live more than an hour away. I had sold my house and was very busy getting ready. Jesse very cheerfully brought the vehicle to me and let me test drive in my own area, then we arranged paperwork and information via email and phone calls. Jesse was always cheerful, professional, and helpful. I now have the SUV, once again delivered to me. I was thrilled at how well I was looked after.
