I have recently purchased a new 2017 Mustang GT California Special from Jesse Hockin. Having previously purchased a car from Island Ford I had no hesitation to make my next purchase from them. Went to Island Ford for the first time from Victoria after I found on the internet that they had a one year old Ford Edge, a car I was considering purchasing new. I was referred to sales rep Rob Dermott after making initial contact over the internet. Rob made me comfortable from the start with his personable and no high pressure approach. He professionally and honestly answered all my questions advising me on exactly what discounts I could receive if I decided to buy new and determining the value of my trade. As it turned out I did buy from Island Ford a brand new factory order 2018 Edge. In the course of my purchase, I had the pleasure of being assisted by Nicole Bentzen. Another outstanding employee who made my purchase an enjoyable experience. Chris and Dan also assisted me with great service, but the stars as far as I am concerned were Rob and Nicole and they are why I would definitely recommend this dealership. All in all, I now own a 2018 Ford Edge which I am very happy with, purchased from a great dealership, with professional people, at a fair price.

Very professional and knowledgable about the Ford Flex. I would recommend the certified pe-owned option when considering buying a vehicle. Island Ford makes sure that everything is in full working order and basically like new condition. This clauses all mechanical, electrical and interior items. Strict guildelines and checklist are performed which is a sigh of relief. Shout out to the boys that made the experience as comfortable as possible which are Robbie "big wheels" Martin as the sales professional, Ryan Leverette as the sales manager, and Chris Tanata as the buisiness manager. Good bunch of people on all aspects of buisiness!

We are thrilled with the service we got when we bought our Ford F-150 here. We drove from Victoria and it was well worth it. Rob Dermott is a super friendly, laid back guy who was honest and straightforward and made the experience enjoyable. Sales Manager Bryan came down to meet us and was extremely personable and Ryan Provincal was incredibly honest as we sat to pay for the truck, pointing out an error we made in order to save us a few bucks. What car dealership does that?? Highly recommended and wouldn’t hesitate to buy another vehicle here.
