I really needed a new vehicle. Dave has assisted my husband with his last two purchases of Ford trucks. We really respect him. I knew what I wanted in a new vehicle. Dave assisted and instructed me in my transition from a 2003 Focus (Blue) to a 2017 high tech Escape (appropriately named Ruby). Fun, professional and knowledgable. I love the fact he is happy I got what I wanted. The whole dealership is a positive place. My commute has now become more joyful. Thanks eh!

As always, Dave has gone above and beyond to assist me in my vehicles purchases. Texting me from the airport on his way home from holidays to help get the ball rolling on my latest purchase. I made email enquiries to a number of dealerships as a result of ads I saw in the Auto Trader. Rob Dermott from Island Ford in Duncan was the first to respond. As it turned out, the BMW 335i at this dealership was the one that interested me the most. Rob was on top of this immediately with information I had asked for and a flexible schedule for a test drive. Buying a car is always a stressful experience for me, but Rob did a great job with his eagerness to acknowledge our needs. I always like to negotiate a lower price for vehicles I buy, but this dealership sets a competitive price and they're tough when a lower price if offered. Nevertheless, we were able to reach an agreement on a price that we could both live with. I also found Dan Spicer, the sales manager to be fair as well as Ryan Provencal the business manager who was friendly and super helpful. All in all, one of our best car buying experiences.

This dealership had the best prices that we found. The sales manager kept our kids busy with colouring in their entertainment area. Rob Martin was our salesman and he was great. Cut the games and was right to the point. Very helpful and made sure that we were well taken care of. A few things had to be fixed on the vehicle and Rob made sure everything was done well. I’d buy another vehicle from their dealership.

We recently purchased our 2017 Ford Escape from Island Ford. It was a great experience and the service staff was just great! Nicole Bentzen & Jesse Hockin are a real asset to your sales team. Jessie has a great personality and was very knowledgeable with all aspects of the SUV . Ryan Provencal handled all our paperwork and the whole process went very smoothly, Thank You Guy for a great Ford Experience !!

Amazing team of people, Rob Dermott was great to work with, I came over from the mainland and went home on BC ferries that night with a great deal on a 2017 Ford Escape I found online.
