Island Ford

I was looking for an older Tacoma and found one at this dealership. When I called to see if it was still available, I spoke to Dave Faithful and arranged a test drive for the following day. Upon arrival, he pointed out a nearly new 2024 Ranger that he thought I might also want to consider. I tried both and definitely liked the Ranger better! For the slight difference in price and with full warranty, it was no contest! I can’t recommend this gentleman or the dealership enough. In fact after telling my brother about my experience, he drove down that same day and also bought a vehicle! We are both very pleased with our experience and our purchases!

Needing a replacement truck, I returned to Island Ford because of my previous very enjoyable experience with this dealership. Dave Faithfull greeted me at the door and tirelessly worked his magic and humor to find the perfect vehicle for me. Five stars do not fully reflect the excellent service, integrity, and honesty I was shown. Dave went above and beyond the call, and was exemplary on every level!

If I could rate more than 5 Stars for Dave I would! My husband and I walked in looking for a truck and Dave was there smiling and ready to help! He has to be one of the funniest yet genuine salesmen I have ever met. Island Ford & Dave provide such great customer service and provide such a great atmosphere too. You cannot go wrong shopping here for a vehicle. Thank you Dave & the team at Island Ford for all you do!

Matt treated us with courtesy, respect and went above & beyond. Highly recommend. We came from the mainland and the vehicle was prepped and ready for us in time. Matt made sure service was scheduled and completed even on his day off. He spent the time we needed to get comfortable with the vehicle. Kudos to Matt and Island Ford for excellent experience.

These individuals are nothing short of conniving xxxxx!! They'll stop at nothing to bleed your wallet dry. Deliberately tacking on unnecessary add-ons to your custom car order, then conveniently claiming it's an error and demanding payment. I strongly advise against ordering a custom Ford vehicle from them, unless you enjoy being coerced into paying for THEIR devious schemes. My encounter with sales rep Rob Martin, sales manager Kylie Martin, and general manager Justin Pambrun was beyond atrocious.

I work with several businesses in Duncan/Nanaimo areas and they have been telling me for years to contact Dave Faithfull to look at buying a truck (I live in Victoria so for years have been dealing with local Ford dealers). Anyways, I am glad that I did---Dave made it very easy to go through the process of purchasing a new truck and made it a pleasant experience...we knew lots of people that we both new so had fun with that...I will be going back when I need another truck.

Third new truck purchase from Island Ford worth the drive from Nanaimo. All staff so friendly and helpful. Robert Martin great guy to deal with listens to what his customers want, he advised me that he would be away on holiday for my delivery so introduced me to Oliver Dash as he would handle my delivery. Oliver was wonderful,one might think that it was his sale the way he looked after me. Thank you to all for a great buying experience. Steve
