Toronto Hyundai

I have dealt with Toronto Hyundai sine 2003 with now 3 different vehicles. Arnold Cabalza has been an excellent sales person, courteous, honest, professional and friendly. I highly recommend him and this dealership owned by Benny Leung. Also the very professional sales manager, Rick Blacker. A great team of people. Their service department is second to none!

I have now purchased my 4th vehicle from Toronto Hyundai. They have always been fair to deal with, and the service department is excellent. I highly recommend them for both sales and service.

I have been a loyal Toronto Hyundai customer for many years. They are very honest, kind, helpful, and provide great service. I receive careful feedback about my vehicle, so I know what parts may need a repair/replacement down the road. I think this Hyundai dealership does a great job. My only request is that they have more "loaner" cars available, so that if customers' cars are being repaired, they can borrow a vehicle. Other than this, I am extremely pleased with the service here.

I was satisfied with the service I received on my visit. I took my car to check the air conditioner. I was told the amount it would cost for the test, would be call if the car needed anything else to be done.. I was very happy with my service.

Everyone was very friendly, and always willing to answer questions. The sales rep took time to explain things clearly, and everyone was respectful of my wishes and did not try to pressure me into buying things I did not want. Overall they made the process simple and pleasant.

Katie at Toronto Hyundai was very helpful, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the process of purchasing my 2018 Elantra GLS. She answered all my questions and went over and beyond with her customer service skills. I appreciate the time and support she offered by explaining my new vehicle features. I had a long, patient, but pleasant and successful visit to purchase a new 2018 Santa Fe Sport. I was well treated by Leo Cui, sales rep and his manager Lawrence Lam, as well as by Michael Smith, finance manager. They took the time to explain ans clarify my queries and assured me they were offering me the best deal available.

I had a flat tire which I filled and then called to say I had a tire problem, I was coming in and I needed a loaner. When I arrived i was taken care of very efficiently. I left ten minutes later with my loaner so I could finish my day. They called later that afternoon to say that there was a screw in my tire and they fixed it. It was too difficult to return that evening, no problem, come in tomorrow. How good was that!
