Absolute rip off attempt. Stay away

I saw a used 2010 Nissan Armada online for $8100 and contacted them in order to get their BEST price with Ttl. What transpired next was a textbook lesson in how to destroy your business. I received a phone call from Bailey, who was very pleasant and told me she would be getting back to me with a quote once she talked to her manager who I'm presuming is Nathan Leivas according to the buyer's order. The vehicle was$8100. It's memorial day weekend. It has like 210k miles and no warranty or certification despite being a Nissan at a Nissan dealership. ( Totally understood). She asked me what I'm looking to spend and I said I just need to keep it under 10 grand which is obviously going to be the case. I was expecting 8-8500 out the door since I told her I would be paying cash TODAY. I'm making arrangements with my girlfriend to follow me down there to drive my car back after I pick this up when I receive this laughable nonsense.$350 floor mats,$400 Resistall -which is not only not necessary but many people go to Great lengths to remove it since the paint has protections literally baked into it. Cars have had amazingly protective coatings in their paint for the last 30, 40 years.$400 tint? On a used vehicle with 210k miles? They literally added a bunch of crap in order to inflate the quote to exactly $10,000. Cedar Park Nissan could have made a sale and created a fruitful relationship just like Rodger Beasley Mazda in Georgetown did with me when I bought my last car from them. They gave me an amazing vehicle at an amazing price and have done the same for at least three of my close friends. I checked with them first but the closest thing I had for me was a CX-9 which was slightly out of my budget. Instead, the incompetent sales team attempted to bilk me (and presumably everybody they deal with)out of money. Huge thumbs down for "Chris" too. I laid into this guy for trying to screw me and then he replied back saying "what if we can get it out the door for $10,000 without those items?"Ummmmmm.Not sure how much weed you smoked today Chris or perhaps you're already hitting the whiskey but...I can't even make this stuff up🤣 Bailey attempted to salvage things by calling me with a quote not including all that BS. $8900. This is typical 1970s used car salesmen shtick. With Nissan struggling financially I can only hope dealerships like this are shut down completely.

Fantastic Experience @Nissan Cedar Park

I had a very positive feeling from the moment Jimmy Mathwig (service advisor) came to greet me. He reviewed with me in details about the services to be performed and the multipoint inspection result, to my surprise he got everything done in less than an hour. Thanks Jimmy, I am sure to come back again for my vehicle’s next service.

brought my car in for tune up no longer works.....

Brought car in for an oil change and to have the spark plugs replaced. Received the car back with an engine light on and the engine screaming when I pulled off. I had to immediately return the vehicle within minutes. I am now being told that I have 2600 worth of engine issues although my car was running perfect before bringing car in for what should have been simple maintenance. I was provided a list of suggestions before leaving. The 2600 issue was not on that list. You do the math!!

Best Experience EVER

This was by far the absolute BEST car buying experience EVER! They didn’t waste my time trying to run game like most dealerships. By the time I contacted them I was already fed up with the game, so I wasn’t in the mood nor did I want to drive an hour away to be disappointed. I was able to get preapproved online, pick out the car, and upload my license! They got in me in a brand new 2021 Nissan Kick!! I was able to come on, sign the paperwork and take my baby home🤗

Disappointed

I bought a used car and drove 150 milesafter 2 weeks my odometer increased a thousond miles. I went there and explained them something is wrong with mu vehicle.. they told me to wait a second ( nobody helped me and after exactly 1 hour ) they said go to use your warranty. It is NOT professional, when your vehicle has damages and lying me that vehicle has nothing. I do not recommend you to purchase a used car from this place. It is been almost 8 months and I ve got other problems beside odometer in my vehicle. Strongly disappointed
