    Recently purchased a 2017 Jaguar F Type, while the salesman Jon has been extremely helpful many areas of this dealer have dropped the ball. I mentioned... several times that I wanted vanity plates but not once did they offer to go through that process with me, instead I was given basic plates and now I have to wait until I can go purchase new ones. When purchasing and picking up the vehicle, I requested they take their dealer branding off. They left huge gashes in the paint in the bumper where the branding was located. A week after owning the car, I took it back in for warranty service for an entire week to fix the bumper along with wheel rash on several wheels from previous owner, broken trim piece in the trunk, and rattling speakers. When I picked up the car at the end of the week, they fixed the bumper, MISSED a wheel, did NOT fix the trunk piece, and told me there's nothing wrong with the speakers (there's still obvious rattling and static). Audio is extremely important to me and I'm highly disappointed in the quality of speakers and willingness of the dealership to find a solution. When google gives you more information on a known problem than the dealer, there's a problem. Now I have to take it back for service once again for problems they were suppose to solve the first time. I was given two key fobs for the car but one was missing the physical key (in case the battery dies) and they will not replace it out of a courtesy for my troubles. I was not told the latest maintenance on the car and have no clue when to begin an oil change, you'd think they'd throw one in for the amount of money we spend on these cars so we can enjoy them right away. Not to mention if you want a loaner car you have to wait weeks before one is available. They've missed some finance paperwork as well. I do not live anywhere remotely convenient to continue taking my vehicle in for service and this has become very frustrating. I would not recommend this dealership to friends or family due to the lack of attention to detail and willingness to go that extra mile.
