Overall I was very satisfied.

I have had so many issues with this dealership.

I have had so many issues with this dealership. They tried to hide issues on a new truck fixed it incorrectly and out of good faith they gave me a free spray in bed liner and when that work was done they "didnt know where my truck was", didnt communicate timelines, and scratched my bumper to the point of it being replaced. This scratch was found by me after they completed a "full detail on the truck" which obviously didnt actually get detailed because the scratches would have been found. This truck has been to the body shop 2x all because of poor work from the dealer. Ultimately, the sales manager Justin and the General manager Jayson stepped in and made sure the there were no further issues. Justin and Jayson were a great help and saved the sale.

Great experience.

Great experience. This was the first time in over five years that we had to take the car in for anything other than routine maintenance, and we were very happy with the service. Lenny Farnam and the rest of the service staff were exceptional, and I would highly recommend the dealership service department!

We drove 2 1/2 hours to make a deal for the exact truck

We drove 2 1/2 hours to make a deal for the exact truck we were looking for! This dealership is the best experience in my entire life! The staff was stellar! They have completely earned my lifetime devotion as a customer! Josh was great! Haroon was so pleasant! Both guys were pros! We had such a great time buying a vehicle, that I wish I had to buy more! I'll be back for sure! The 150 mile ride was absolutely worth it! And I'm saying this as a former dealership employee for Ford, Bmw, Subaru in another city.

Went out of their way from the very beginning to help me through the process. Everyone I came into contact with was professional and friendly. Devin and Tracie were exceptional to deal with. I would highly recommend DePaula Ford to anyone. They were a please to do business with.
