Service is too slow. Today is 11/22/22. You’ve had my car since 11/9 and you still haven’t looked at the vehicle to tell me what is wrong with the vehicle, let alone provide a cost estimate or estimated date for when I can get my vehicle back. This is completely unacceptable.

We have 2-3 Ford F650 box trucks. DePaula does NOT seem to have an ample parts inventory. This adversely impacts the turn around time to get the trucks repaired and back in service .
