I bought a black 67 Coronet R/T from this dealership. The salesman, Joe, sent me everything I requested as far as photos and some addl videos of the paint on the car. When the car showed up, it was right at what I was told, and I was already aware of some of the areas the vehicle needed improvement. Overall, a very fair deal, and was what I expected. The only shortfall, which was minor, was being left in limbo for a week and a half waiting for any info on paperwork. I feel better communication could have been done for explaining what's next. I paid for the car, and almost 2 weeks with no communication and no paperwork.....that never happens in my business. After inquiring twice, the paperwork was finally prepared and sent to me for title/tag in Florida. It always boils down to communication and lack thereof always increases buyer anxiety in the sales process.....because even though the money is collected, the sale is not done until you have a satisfied customer with everything they perceive as a complete sales experience. Overall, I would recommend this dealer, and I would use them again....

Overall, Motorcar Classics has a great selection of classic, and collectable cars, and their showroom and website are fantastic. The salespeople seem eager to assist with inquiries and are very helpful upfront. However, for me, the positive experience ended there. Once you have signed on the dotted line, they seem less interested in customer satisfaction. Their tone changes from helpful and informative to one that feels impersonal and mechanical—almost as if the nice switch gets turned off once they have your money. An authentically positive experience is essential for me, especially knowing I purchase specialty cars every few years. If you're looking for a one-time purchase, I can recommend Motorcar Classics, but if you are a car collector or plan on buying multiple cars from them in the future and care about a positive customer experience, I do not recommend.

Purchase a very nice Porsche from Motorcar Classics. The entire process was straight forward and very professional. Would highly recommend them to anyone looking for an exotic or classic car.

Whole process dealing with motorcar was horrible. Owner Wil is the worst to deal with as well as staff. If you wanna get run around and scammed use them.

Purchased a Porsche 911 Turbo from Motorcar Classics. From start to finish they were very professional and easy to work with. The car was as described and priced fair. I would highly recommend this dealership to anyone in the exotic or classic car market. Will be doing business again with them down the road for sure.

I have called a few times to ask about the "1971 Grabber Green Mach 1". I was told several weeks ago that it was sold. Weeks later I'm still seeing it advertised, so I called again. I was told "It's sold". Why is it still being advertised, I asked. The salesman said "I don't know what to tell you, we have other cars if you want." They use a car that is flashy and attractive to get you to call, then try to sell you something else. Salesman was very rude, and tried to tell me about the 73 Mach 1 he had. I won't go to their site again to look.

I called asking about the availability of a vehicle and walked away with a book full of knowledge. I spoke with a gentleman named Craig who not only answered every question I had but informed me about questions I never knew I Needed to ask. Most Salespeople want only to make a sale, time is money and money is everything. Craig and I had established within a few minutes that the car I was asking about was already under consignment, yet he still took the time to answer all my questions and offered advice on what to look for when buying a vehicle of this type. Motorcar Classics is one of the best in the business. Their service and attention to customer needs is impeccable. The customer experience from looking for a car to purchase to making repairs and fixes was outstanding. Reid is easy to work with and very smart. Anthony is a great mechanic and extremely helpful. In a business known for some difficult actors, these guys are top notch and I HIGHLY recommend them to anyone.
