I drove in to see Zach Farr from 3.5 hours out since they had the vehicle I wanted. He worked with me all week over the phone to get the deal worked out so there were no surprises when I arrived. He kept in contact with me during my drive and was ready for me when I arrived. Besides the usual paperwork involved with car buying he spent a lot of time covering every feature on what turned out to be a very tech oriented ram rebel...I mean it's ridiculous the tech in these vehicles. Felt like I bought a tablet that came with a free truck and Zach knew everything about how to operate the features. The team as a whole was great. Super laid back and super friendly. I think the finance guy was Cameron. Sitting with the finance group is always the part of this process that annoys me and probably most people but this guy was entertaining. Explained options thoroughly but wasn't pushy. Was a pleasure to work with everyone. I think Dave was the sales manager on duty...didn't interact a ton but he was great to speak with when we did talk. Also threw in a free candy bar which sweetened the deal
