Worst experience ever.
Worst experience ever. From initial meeting to obtaining my refund, which I still haven't received the complete amount. One lie right into another one. Don't care about having any integrity about themselves or the dealership. I would HIGHLY recommend to stay away from I-75 Auto. The end result was no vehicle and $576.82 out of my pocket. Not even a sorry we cost you hard earned money. VERY SHADY SALES DEPT....BUYER BEWARE !!!!!!

Spent over 30 thousand dollars with them and they wouldn't even fill it up with gas! Super disappointed! Make sure you barter in that gas before purchase.. so sad, and cheap def won't be returning or referring any potential customers!

I had a great day. The people there were all helpful and very nice to me. Mr Tyler was great. He asked a couple questions and brought me the car I was looking for without any problems. The whole experience was pleasant and very easy. Thank you Tyler and everybody that helped me that day.
The worst! Save yourself!!
The absolute WORSE dealership I’ve ever been too. The price of thier vehicles online, isn’t the actual price of the vehicle. They admitted to listing it cheaper to get people to come in and then they’ll add 5 grand. Aside from the 5000$ they add into your bottom line and refuse to take off. Or their terrible “extended warranty”. They have the WORST customer service especially JORDAN. He is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met in my life. He definitely should find a different profession because he is so unprofessional. He should be disgusted with himself. Along with the finance guy. He should shut up while trying to sign papers to keep us from reading them. They also sold us a car that had something wrong with it and told us it is “no big deal”. They fully took advantage that there was no male with us at the purchase of the vehicle. By the time we went to buy the car, over 10 grand had found it’s way to the bottom line. And if that isn’t enough to keep you away, Don’t go to Aaron, he’s a flirt.
