The worst! Save yourself!!

The absolute WORSE dealership I’ve ever been too. The price of thier vehicles online, isn’t the actual price of the vehicle. They admitted to listing it cheaper to get people to come in and then they’ll add 5 grand. Aside from the 5000$ they add into your bottom line and refuse to take off. Or their terrible “extended warranty”. They have the WORST customer service especially JORDAN. He is one of the most disrespectful people I’ve ever met in my life. He definitely should find a different profession because he is so unprofessional. He should be disgusted with himself. Along with the finance guy. He should shut up while trying to sign papers to keep us from reading them. They also sold us a car that had something wrong with it and told us it is “no big deal”. They fully took advantage that there was no male with us at the purchase of the vehicle. By the time we went to buy the car, over 10 grand had found it’s way to the bottom line. And if that isn’t enough to keep you away, Don’t go to Aaron, he’s a flirt.

Yikes! An extra $4,999 fee on every used car.

Watch OUT! Most reviews are very old. You won't know this until you're ready to pay, but they tack on 5 thousand dollars at the last minute. I was ready to pay for a 12,000 car, with the usual tax, tax, title, etc fees. Their ads are misleading, and policies predatory. I would NOT trust them again.

Poor Business Practice

rson I commutated with to get a vehicle purchase was nice and responsive. The issue I have with I-75 is their current business practice; hidden fees that they are using the "hidden in plain sight" approach. FYI, Florida has a consumer protection law that dealers can NOT charge dealer prep fees. common such charge is often listed as "dealer prep" (short for preparation) and is charged for things like inspecting, cleaning and adjusting cars, and preparing documents related to the sale of the car. It can be called many different things, such as "document prep," "administrative fee," "service charge," "doc fee" or just about anything. The car dealer is allowed to charge as much or as little as he or she wants to, so it may be as low as $50 or as high as $900. But, under Florida law, any such charge must be included in the advertised price. They currently charge a $4,999 fee on every used car. A fee that they claim is for the "I75 Auto Advantage," which is a crock of bull. Claiming you're getting a CPO car, in which you're not. CPO cars can only be sold by the manufacturer that built the vehicle, not a non-manuf used car lot. So basically the price you see online, must have $5000 added to that cost and that does NOT include any other document/cleaning/prep/pre-owned deliver or whatever other stupid name they give to a fee to take more money from you. I'm not saying to buy or not buy a car from them, but I am saying be careful. If it looks too good to be true, then now you know why.

2013 Chrysler 200 Convertible -Great Buy

Great experience, Crystal was the easiest person I have ever dealt with buying a car. The dealership went out of its way to make sure I was happy with my purchase and fixed any concerns I had.
