    I took my car to Jack even though he was not advertising vehicle repairs but he had been recommended. He was extremely knowledgeable and informative every... step of the process. He never tried upselling a single thing. Highly recommend.

    In November 2017 I bought a 2007 Subaru Impreza, with 109k miles, for $5200 from 360 Motorsports. The car was described as being in "excellent" condition... with no mechanical problems. (NOTE: Surf their website a bit and you'll notice that all their listings claim to be "Excellent" condition.) After about a week with the car, I learned it had 2 major problems: a leaking head gasket and a recurring Check Engine light. Head gasket replacements on Subarus cost about $1700. The car came with a 30 day warranty (mandated by law due to it's miles). The seller took the car his repair shop (BDR Automotive in Holliston MA) 3 times to try to get the Check Engine fixed. The shop failed and eventually told me they give up and the car needs to go to a dealer. By that point, the warranty had expired and the seller declined to cover further repair attempts. I eventually got the Check Engine condition fixed by a Subaru dealer at my own expense of approx $600. The Check Engine condition turned out to be a faulty solenoid valve at the top of the fuel tank filler neck. BDR ineptly replaced the filler neck but not the solenoid. I find it impossible to believe the seller was unaware of the head gasket leak. I find it inexcuseable that the seller's shop (BDR) was unable to fix the Check Engine, AND that the seller was willing to let BDR continue to make failing attempts to fix the problem just to run the warranty out so he could deny responsibility. A car that needs over $2000 in repairs is not in "Excellent" condition. This car was grossly overpriced at $5000 and the seller absolutely failed to fix what should have been a straightforward warranty repair. Avoid this seller!!

    Hi Steve, I would like to say I'm sorry you were so unhappy with your purchase here at 360 Motorsports. I know we had some issues with your vehicle po...st sale and I'm very sorry that the car was not up to your standards. My goal is to sell good cars at fair, below market prices, and I was under the impression we had reached that goal together given the book value of your vehicle was over $7000 at the time of purchase. After you purchased the vehicle you had it taken to a 3rd party facility for a thorough check-up which came back with a clean bill of health, less some minor issues that I was happy to pay for. The issues were a ball joint that I admittedly missed in my own inspection, as well as an axle seal that I covered through good will. Unfortunately after this we ran into the filler neck issue. If you remember I was happy to pay to have it fixed at no charge to you since it was a warranty issue, as well as set you up with a loaner car and pay for half of your rental charges when asked (not covered) since the vehicle had to come back again. I completely agree that the vehicle should not have had these issues post sale, but unfortunately 10 year old cars break sometimes. I always stand behind my warranty and my word. Your case, although frustrating for us both, was no different. All of these issues were fixed to your liking at no cost to you, and I picked up the bill on some other extras as a little gesture of good faith as a sort of "I'm sorry". I feel your rating of my business is a bit harsh and seems like you are lashing out after no longer being under warranty due to declining the extended warranty I offered. I was hoping to have a better rating for the buying process since I came in on Sunday when I am usually closed to meet you initially, due to your busy schedule. I hope you are able to trade this car in on a new Subaru since you are so upset with your used purchase. I hope you have better luck in the future. Sincerely, Jack Garvey Owner

    I recently purchased a 2004 Ford Ranger from 360 Motorsports. Both myself and the owner were very busy throughout the buying process and Jack went out... of his way to stay in contact with me all the way through. Shortly after purchasing it I ran into some mild issues with the truck and Jack was quick and happy to help me straighten them out. He even washed the truck after repairing it. Very professional and friendly, with great clean facilities. He inspects and repairs all his vehicles himself so quality is guaranteed. I would absolutely do business with him again and would send anyone looking for a quality vehicle and experience his way.
