Great service!!! Very Professional!!! Someone who really cared, finally!!! I would recommend to anyone looking to buy!!! Had an awesome experience!!!... Check it out, you won’t be sorry!!!
Usually the car buying process is painfully drawn out process for no reason filled with superlatives and a lot of run around. Shane made sure i knew what... was going on explained everything with great detail and was very accommodating. The car was exactly how he described and the process was as quick as he promised. It was more like buying a cash car than financing one. He makes you feel like a person and not just another customer towards his commission, quota, sell, etc. I felt very at ease and have even recommended a few people to go to him for their next vehicle. He not only made a customer but a friend.
We got hit by Harvey really bad, lost two cars in that mess. While everybody else was jacking their prices up above what they were worth and leading people... to believe they were there to help when they were really just trying to make more money, Shane Moore, owner of Jimmy Sparkle Used Cars was treating people right. He made us a fantastic deal on two cars. He even came down on the original sticker price. The quality of the vehicles are amazing and drive fantastic. I would recommend Jimmy Sparkle Used cars over any other car dealer in League City and beyond. If you know me you can call me personally and I will tell you the same thing. If you don't believe me, call Shane and ask him your self and he will take care of your vehicle needs as well.
I'm glad you appreciated my service. Honor, integrity and sticking to my word mean more to me than trying to take advantage of a situation.
People seriously don't buy a car here. Sure, they have Dynamic personalities and they seem friendly and they seem honest but buying a car here cost me... everything that I had my job my apartment everything. These guys are just as bad as Mega Motors. I'm not trying to bad-mouth the car lot I'm just saying and if you need a reliable dependable car this isn't the place. I just want to make sure nobody else goes through what I went through.
I wish I knew who this person was or the car they bought. I am unaware of any vehicles being sold with oddball after the sale issue's...Other than the... one other negative review listed here..It's unfortunate in this day and age that people can actually make money from writing bad reviews... And many businesses are simple easy prey for these types of trolls. If this is a real person I would certainly like to know the vehicle and I wish you would have given me a chance to help with whatever the car's issue was. Shane Moore-owner
I don't how much he paid people to give him a good review but he sold me a car, cash paying customer. WIthin 5 months of owning that I was in debt 4 grand... worth of repairs. Only two of which he made any attempt to help with. I DID have a warrenty that he denied I had. List of things that went wrong. 1. Leaking coolant reservoir that HIS OWN mechanic installed before purchase. 2. An improperly installed rear left spring came loose and made horrendous sounds. (It was doing it before he sold it. He took it to two Mechanics that didn't know what it was and he still SOLD THE CAR!) It started making that noise again two days after I got it. It didnt make it when I looked at it. 3. Front rotors, brakes had to be done within two weeks of me driving off the lot. 4. Air sensor controlling airflow to both banks of the engine went out. 5. Short in the electric system that, I learned has been an ongoing problem with this SUV. 6. AC fan went out. 7. ENGINE SEIZED. My mechanic suspects fraud to the vehicle stating that it had this problem at one point for a very long time. 7 things that went wrong within only 5 months!!!! This car lot tried to accuse me of fraud... of lying... of trying to rip him off... denied I had a warranty... accused me of damaging a loner car that I had not been anywhere near for 3 months and on and on!
I encourage and allow all cars I sell to be mechanically inspected before purchase. I also show customers what work I do to cars during certificatio...n.( this volvo-two engine mounts, upper torque rod, oil trap gasket/reseal,rear brakes and rotors and of course oil and filter. This customer took this car to her mechanic and was very satisfied with his report. She was on a limited budget and declined the warranty the vehicle was priced with. The price was reduced to meet her offer and she left happy. After the purchase there was an intermittent rear noise. Only heard when backing up at slow or idle speed then shifting to drive. It took a few different test drives but the car finally duplicated with me in the car. Customer states the noise doesn't bother her but her Uber passengers complain which was costing her $2000-$3000 per day. Claims a second mechanic, not the first one that inspected the car, is positive the noise is from the bushings. Requests I hand her half the amount he quoted her for the job and compensate her for the Uber money she is missing. I offered to unwind the deal and take the car back. I informed her if the bushings were bad I would have already replaced them. She then tells me she loves the car and doesn't want to give it back. I have the car inspected again-my mechanic is sure the bushings are fine. However, we can do the job for 1/3 of the other mechanics quote. She agree's to split the cost with me and we do the work. As an aside- Volvo priced us just the bushings but only sell in tandem with sway bar. I didn't ask her for additional money. She is correct that with that job and the other things. Replaced radiator due to a plastic connection for a hose wore out. I spent 2000 unintended dollars. The promise of paying half was never honored. I loaned this customer a car which was brought back reeking of smoke and full of dog hair and mud caked under the fender wells. It was a major detail to clean the car. I make every effort to address my cars mechanically before they hit the lot. I always stick by my customers after the sale and work to save them money in any aspect I can. I take great pride in my word and the cars I sell. This one I lost on..
Shane at Jimmy Sparkle took care of me. I brought my Mercedes in and we talked about what I wanted to get out of the deal. He told me exactly how he would... sell it and said I could be involved in the deal as much as I wanted. J He took care of the rest, including a minor repair to have it warrantied by Mercedes. Within a few weeks he had a deal lined up, called me and we talked about it. I gave him the go and within a few days a check was waiting for me. I got what I wanted out of the deal. Thanks Shane, great job!
I'm just doing my job. Trying to make it easy for all
Saw a vehicle on their lot while passing by. Traffic too heavy to stop and they were on the opposite side. So, I decided to check it out online when I... got home. Their website has a section to fill-out and request information on vehicles in their inventory. I entered my name, email, etc. and requested information regarding the particular vehicle by completing their form and submitted it for information regarding the vehicle. That was about a week ago and guess what they NEVER RESPONDED. Guess they DO NOT still have the vehicle(was still there a few days afterward) OR they just decided to ignore the request and NOT REPLY. You would think that their customer service would be to AT LEAST say they no longer have the vehicle and make a effort to contact me. Their LOSS as I am a "cash" paying customer. By-the-way, I have found the exact vehicle(except for color) online within driving distance.
Very funny tag line...clever. I don't however believe this to be a real customer. Firstly I could find no email without a response. Second, if the p...erson is real we must have done something right...they did after all buy from us. Shane Moore
