Still waiting on the vehicle I purchased 7 days ago. None of the workers are very tentative, Won?t message me with any details regarding my vehicles delivery.... Very unprofessional. They were quick with taking my down payment and making me sign all the paperwork but they aren?t very quick with getting me my car.

I received a coupon for an oil change and it was not honored. I was asking to change the AC filter which was shone to me as I waited for the oil change.... After leaving the dealership I discovered that the glovebox was not closing properly so I went back to the dealership and was told that the service guy was not available. So I made an appointment to go back another day. I was called on the morning of my appointment that the technician was not working so again I had to reschedule. I again called to try and reschedule the repair, after much frustration on trying to get it repair it was finally repaired. Customer service was lacking from beginning to end of the repair.

I had an appointment to go see a van I was interested in and was called twice the day of my appointment to ensure I was going.I made a 350 mile round trip... for nothing, the van had already been sold three days before.One of the managers told he was sorry and would reimburse for my gas cost.That never happened, once he made the statement he was not to be seen again.

I?ve gone to Autonation for my last 2 vehicles and they have gone far beyond any other dealer. Both times we got denied at other dealerships and turned... to them. Each time we left with NEWER vehicles and BELOW the payments we told them we wanted to pay. That?s right, I DID SAY BELOW what we told them we could a month. I will never buy another car anywhere else.

Salesman was nice, however, they wanted to give me pennies for my trade and charge for transporting from another Autonation. No thanks!
