Patrick was amazing, he worked so hard to make sure that our family was able to get into the car we wanted and not the car ?we were approved for.? The odds were not in our favor but he didn?t give up! We love our Honda CR-V and we are so grateful to Patrick at Autonation USA ! However, When I got my vehicle it was not detailed, it was missing a mat, and there was only a quarter tank of gas. Patrick fixed it by offering 2 free tanks and a good detail. When I went back for the detail I waited for an hour just for it to be given back not vacuumed and without polished interior. 6 days after having the vehicle my check oil late came on, luckily Harvey was able to check the oil and confirm it was clean as well as resetting the light(although this should have been done before I drove off). 9 days after having the vehicle I was pulled over by a state trooper for having ?expired paper plates? when I contacted the sales manager I was told that since the citation I received was for something else- even though the officer did give me a warning for the plates, and she confirmed that the only reason I was pulled over in the first place was because of those plates- well since I didn?t receive it for the plates this was not their responsibility. I have not been pulled over in over 5 years? autonation sold me a vehicle WITHOUT a DL and yet they say they are not responsible. So not only did I have a terrible experience, I also now have a ticket on my driving record. Thanks autonation!

If your looking to buy a lemon they have plenty 4u
Plain and simple worst costumer service ever service department is a joke extended warranty is a joke sold me a lemon with several issues and not willing to fix the problems even with extended warranty 2 weeks later they are fixing 1 of the problems only to find out there was a factory recall
