    The experience was pleasant. The salesman and everyone involved made put forth the effort to make sure that I was comfortable with my purchase. The salesman,... Guy, even drove the vehicle to my home to make sure it was the type of vehicle I needed for my husband who has difficulty getting in and out of cars. I appreciated that.

    I brought my car in for tire rotation and oil change. I?m not sure my tires were rotated but I could be mistaken . I have a rim that is damaged and don?t... think it moved from the place it was in at time of car delivered to dealership. .

    Overall a good experience. I do have to return for some sight modifications to my wheel tire alignment, but the staff was very helpful and had no problem... with my request for a follow up. It also took a while for my repairs to be completed, partly due to capacity in the service department, but also due to my insurance company sourcing damaged parts.

    The service dept is horrible. Their customer service is poor and they have no consideration of your time. Your business is not appreciated there and I... will not give them my business anymore. I will recommend that my friends, family and colleagues not do any business there.

    FINANCE PERSON LIED ABOUT WARRANTIES/PROTECTION, WHICH I REQUESTED IN WRITING. HE REFUSED SAYING "NOT NECESSARY IT IS IN SYSTEM." HE'S GONE AND WITHOUT... RECORD I DONT HAVE THOSE PROTECTIONS VERBALLY PROMISED TO ME IN SPITE OF A MANAGER WITNESSING THE EXCHANGE.
