Best experience ever

I purchased my 2015 Mazda Miata MX5 from James at NY Auto find! It he customer service that I received was beyond my expectations. I got a great deal on my car and I have had no issues at all. The vehicle was cleaned , inspected and serviced prior to me picking it up. The staff was friendly and professional. I will be recommending them to family and friends . Thank you once again

Happy customer

Extremely happy with my purchase. They advertise real prices unlike most other dealers and they even beat the interest rate my credit union was giving me. Highly recommend

28,000 piece of junk

i traded in my camaro for a 2006 corvette. After owning it 3 days got stuck on the long island expressway and got it towed. It was the alternator. then got stuck as soon as i got the car back was the starter then the battery. Then i got the car back and needs a sensor just got it back again needs another sensor. They sold me rotted tires that somehow passed inspection and shouldn't have. i brought this car back so many times i'm using all my mileage and gas doing this. I asked for my camaro back. Austin was great he helped me. I spent 28,000 for a piece of junk. At some point give me a different car. I don't care if they checked it obviously not enough. i haven't owned it 2 months

Hello Debbie, we apologize that the vehicle needed to be serviced post-sale. We fixed all issues for you, provided a loaner car through the process, and helped you when you lost your keys. We wish you the best moving forward and hope you enjoy the vehicle.

Smooth and professional experience

Found all salesman friendly and helpful. Nice selection of vehicles. Loan process easy. This is the way a car buying experience should be. Highly recommended.

Just awful

Made a purchase, and couldn't regret it more. See my review on google or cargurus for additional details. But as it turns out there were thousands of dollars in issues with my BMW that came about shortly after purchase. In addition to those mentioned in the aforementioned reviews I'm looking at $2000 in direct Injection repairs. THEY DO NOT PROPERLY VET THEIR CARS YOU DO NOT KNOW WHAT YOU'RE TAKING HOME....STAY AWAY!!!

We are very sorry that you were not completely satisfied with your experience at NY Auto Find. When the vehicle was sold, it went through NY State Vehicle Inspection. It received a complimentary warranty, the duration of which is dependent on the mileage of the vehicle, for this vehicle it was 30 days and or 1,000 miles whichever occurs first. Most mechanical issues are covered under this warranty. If the vehicle needed repairs, you would have needed to drop off the vehicle at our dealership prior to any third-party repairs. Because vehicles need more maintenance as they age, and because there is a higher tendency of breakage, we also offer optional extended warranties. The 2013 BMW X3 that you purchased was priced accordingly for its condition and was sold well below market value. BMW's are an excellent vehicle, but like many luxury cars, it has a higher cost of maintenance, as they require the replacement of more components than other manufacturers.

The worst automotive shopping experience

a month ago First off, let's say that we have never left a review for a dealer online before. Ever. We visited New York Auto Find around the second week of December to look at a 2004 Chrysler Crossfire. Vehicle was advertised for approximately $10,000, and with 18k.miles on the clock. An appropriate price for the year and mileage....we were dealing with a man named Jason ...we understand is the only salesperson at that dealership. We were coming from New Jersey and spent three and a half hours in traffic getting out to his location to take a look at a car that upon initial presentation ...which basically meant they left it at the curb with the keys in it and walked away ... looked to be in excellent excellent condition inside and out. That was initial impression! After taking a look at the tires on the vehicle.. which were of concern because this is a 15 year old vehicle with such low mileage that it was apparently sitting on the original tires from factory..... which were indeed date coded as manufactured the 33rd week in the year of 2004 which made those tires basically 16 years old and completely dry rotted and cracked. With that in mind and before driving the vehicle I asked to have it put up on a lift to take a look at the underneath of the car. The mechanic who put the car up on the lift was unfamiliar with it and actually lifted it at all the incorrect spots for lifting this particular car even though the car has clearly defined jacking points fitted on the chassis.... and when the car was up on the lift we could see absolute thorough and complete corrosion underneath the entire chassis. Anything that was not made of stainless or aluminum was corroded to the point that it looked like this vehicle had spent seventy years on the bottom of the Atlantic Ocean Parked next to the Titanic. these details were photographed and brought back to Jason in the showroom and said this car is an absolute mess and it needs tires, wipers, the air conditioning is not working, and . virtually every fitting on the chassis is rusted solid...(think brake linesc, calipers control arms and oil pan.) His response was that the tires would pass New York state inspection because I had tread on them!. And he wasn't going to replace them if his mechanic said they were safe. I said his mechanic didn't even know how to lift the car. and the service area where the car was lifted was the filthiest dirtiest most incomplete shop I had ever seen in the automotive industry. He looked at the photographs and said this is surface rust. I said it's not surface rust its corrosion straight through the metal.any part of the bottom of the car that was not either stainless or aluminum was completely rusted. I offered him $4,200 for the car as is. Considering the fact that the book value on the car was between 1,200 and $1,800 according to Galves. He wasn't interested and I left. I would never purchase a vehicle from this dealership I would never deal with Jason, and I really couldn't care how many stars people have left for feedback. I absolutely stand by this review and can produce photographs and detailed information regarding my visit there anyone that is interested. Beware of New York auto find.

James- We apologize that you encountered heavy traffic and bad weather while traveling from New Jersey. However, your claim that our service shop is filthy and dirty is incorrect because we do not have our own repair facility; we paid a mechanic at a neighboring shop to use their lift. We are sorry that we could not make a deal on the vehicle, but we were so far apart on the numbers and we knew that new tires wouldn't make any difference, so we decided to turn down your offer.

My Car Buying Experience at NY auto Find

I found a car on the internet (CarGurus) on the Sunday before Christmas; it was around 11am. I called NY Auto Find in Massappeaqua. I talk to the salesperson (Nick) and he asked if I want to come down and test drive the car. I got there at 3pm. I inspected the car thoroughly, check the body for any defects, shook the car for squeaky suspension, and checked for leaks on the pavement. The car was in perfect condition. I went inside and began filing out my application. The process was very short. Mind you, that I am not a person with a great credit score. NY Auto find work with the banks on the phone andI in a few days, I was driving my beautiful Yukon Denali. Thank you Jason and Nick for the excellent experience of buying my vehicle.
