This is our second Subaru Outback that we have bought from Findlay's. Each time the customer service has been impeccable, and the purchasing experience... has also been seamless. Both times it has taken us less than one hour to close the deal, something seldom seen at other dealerships. We highly recommend Javon Frink as a very ethical and customer-oriented salesperson. The absolute best was my sells person Just-elegant Courteous fun thorough efficient. Other staff- friendly enjoying their job selling something they believe... in. Don't LIE to you customers. We bought a 2016 Honda from you in May and were sold a service contract for $2200. I talked to Honda across the street where... we would be having the car serviced and they could give us the same contract with a longer life for about $2000. We called you and requested you cancel our contract. As you stated when we purchased the car you said no problem, you would cancel the contract and take the $2200 off of the loan amount. Great, after our discussion with you and your agreement to cancel we purchased the Honda service contract. When I got my first loan statement the $2200 had not been removed. I called you and the man I talked to said he would take care of it and call me back. No phone call. (BIG MISTAKE ON MY PART NOT TO GET A NAME - I guess i still hope think most people are ethical and honest) Finally today I asked my wife to follow up. Apparently NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. The person my wife talked to said he would take resolve the problem. This time at least we have a name. I hope someone at you business is ethical and honest.So far you are batting zero for these traits. I guess I'm really upset and hate being lied to or I wouldn't have wasted 30 minutes writing this.
