Amazing experience start to finish! ‘Hoov’ our salesman was extremely attentive and delivered high-quality customer service consistently throughout our purchasing process and continued to offer assistance even after the sale was completed. He is very knowledgeable, demonstrates a strong work ethic, and shows dedication and commitment to his customers. Hoov was able to get us a great value for our trade in helping us accomplish what we set out to and delivered a superior vehicle to us as promised with all of the features we were looking for! This is purchase #6 for us from this dealership and they will continue to receive our business in the future. If you are looking for a new vehicle, head to Findlay Toyota of Prescott and ask for Hoov, you won’t be disappointed!

Findlay Toyota Prescott AZ: They advertised a Chevrolet Avalanche 2500 for retail sale. An internet salesperson contacted me after I made the online request. He was told the exact vehicle I wanted to buy. He said he'd get back to me. When he did get back to me, days later, he said the company was going to send it to auction. I contacted the Used car manager and told him I would buy the truck. He informed me that when his company sends vehicles to auction they won't retrieve them for retail sales. So, they advertised the vehicle. I sent an enquiry. Internet sales rep contacted me. I offered to buy the vehicle. Days later Sales rep informed me they sent it to auction. So, I did not get the vehicle they advertised on your platform.
