Inquired about a car for sale found Ryan to be extremely rude, arrogant and pushy. He quoted me an unrealistic price for one of his cars which he bought... and flipped a week after he purchased it for a $10,000 profit. When I called him out on it he began to curse and become nasty. I would not recommend doing business with this company. Excellent customer service goes a long way, talking down to potential buyers loses clients. Not impressed.

I couldn’t be more pleased with my experience with my total experience at RFMC. From my first contact, email, text then phone call, RFMC responded quickly... and professionally. I asked many questions before deciding to make the four hour drive from Maryland to Long Island. The car that I had come to see, a 2006 Porsche 911 C2S. I found it to be far more impressive in person. This 12 year old car was literally, “as new”. I was intending to make an offer lower than the price we discussed, but after seeing, scrutinizing and driving this car I had fallen in love with it. They helped me arrange for a PPI and unlike other dealers, did not charge me to have it transported to the shop for inspection. There were minimal findings but Ryan himself addressed any concerns without me having to even ask. I’ve been driving her for several weeks now and am even more pleased than ever. Last of all, being a “car guy”, I loved viewing the rest of their inventory, all exceptional! Louie and Ryan know cars and obviously have the ability to select the best of the best. Wish I lived closer so I could stop by and check out the new arrivals.
Called dealer multiple times, sent several emails regarding price to a vehicle for sale. Dealer did not return calls or email inquires. Spoke to a salesperson... came off extremely pushy and not polite and typical pushy, slimy used car New Yorker type. The dealers prices are very high and with that should come excellent customer service. Needless to say wasn't too impressed with this dealer.
When I called Ryan from the get go he was straight forward. Told me what i wanted to know and was professional in both word and action. I would recommend... Ryan and his staff Tamaha . After the purchase all the details were processed and the entire event was good.
