After making an appointment to test drive a vehicle I was

After making an appointment to test drive a vehicle I was interested in, I was told I could not test drive it unless I was pre-qualified! I couldn’t even see the vehicle in it’s entirety because it was still it the warehouse, blocked by other vehicles. I also discovered many of the vehicles there, including the one I was looking to purchase, have had moderate to major damage with airbags deployed. I went to an actual dealership (Audi) and purchased the vehicle I wanted that was still under warranty and they let me test drive first! Stay away from this place if possible and make sure you look at the CARFAX! If the price seems lower than normal, it’s for a good reason.

!!!Buyer Beware!!! Advertised price is FALSE! They put it

!!!Buyer Beware!!! Advertised price is FALSE! They put it that low to get you there to only jack it up 4k in fees!! No other dealership does this! Very shady practice!!! I will never go there again!

I'm big on reviews. There are enough bad reviews on false advertising to get people to drive hours out to them only to report being bamboozled/3k or 4k higher??? Bad practice!

Drove out 2 hrs just to find out they're close an hour

Drove out 2 hrs just to find out they're close an hour earlier than posted. Had the cash in hand to drive off but these guys don't care about your time. I'd stay away.

So frustrating.

So frustrating. Texted with manager and set up appointment to look at the vehicle. A 2020 BMW X3 looked very nice, but was buried in their warehouse. They moved a car over just enough so I could get in the door and look at it, but the battery was practically dead so could not start the car or check out the dash and features. Returned 3 weeks later to take it for a test drive. I texted with them and received a phone call to verify the appointment and that they would have the car outside so we could check it out. Showed up and the car was still in the same spot as before, buried behind a few other cars. They asked us to sit down and wait. We assured them we were interested and that’s why we made the hour long drive there, but they wanted to be sure we were okay with the price before getting the car out. They added fees and insurance in case of sun fade to paint or stains on the interior. Asked if we were okay with price and I said we were, but still got push back from salesman! I don’t think they want to sell cars. Could not take any more xx from them and left.

Upfront

Great people who are willing to work with you and make you are happy. I never been to a car dealership that wanted to make sure i understand everything about the deal as much as they wanted me to know. That's proofs how much honest they are and i liked that a lot.

Upfront with all Details on pricing. The answer to all my questions very professionally. I was very happy with the way I got a treated. My car is awesome thank you!

FALSE ADVERTISING

*FALSE ADVERTISING* Advertises a great vehicle deal and then once they got you in the hook they add in nearly $4k in “fees”. So angry. I would much rather give my money to a reputable dealership that advertises a higher price because they are upfront and honest about their prices.

Worst car buying experience ever.

Worst car buying experience ever. The sales reps and financial advisors do not communicate with each other about sales. Sales agents don’t know much; financial advisor is a con artist and will literally tell you whatever to attempt a sale. I think they didn’t know I was knowledgeable since I was girl

Great service!!

I recently came in for a vehicle and was helped by a young man named Brian. He was very helpful and kind throughout the whole experience. I walked away with a sick BMW!! I highly recommend this dealership.
