They were very rude. We were looking at a car and were told to leave. They came and said "we're closed". Next he shut the doors to the car we were looking... at and told us to leave. He did not invite us back nor explain anything else. I did tell him I was a cash buyer. I think he cared more about his friend who was coming in.
Please read. Thanks----The customers came during NON-business hours (Sunday evening). The vehicle they were looking for was parked outside waiting for... detailing. We rolled down the window to prevent the interior getting too hot when detailing guy come to drive the car. //The customers did NOT came inside of building and told to anyone they were going to "take a view" of the vehicle. When I came outside of the building to the customers, they were already in the vehicle. //The original words I said to customers, quote "Excuse me. We're not open today". Then I told one of the children, "sorry I have to close the door" I said this because when this child came out from the vehicle, he was standing too close to the door. If I just closed the door, the edge would wipe the child. //During our conversation, one moving employee was walking in, I said "Hello" and then I walked to this moving employee. NO, I did not ask the customers to leave. ONLY WORDS I SAID during the situation was quoted above. If the customers came inside the building and say hello to us first, then we could definitely arrange a viewing, even during our NON-BUSINESS hours. //Just want to say, when a shop is closed, it is suggested NOT to take/ hold/ use a merchandise that's for sale. If a grocery shop is closed, but the door is unlocked, I believe that you would knock on the door and ask if there's anyone can help first. Right? ~~~~~~last two sentences was a suggestion. All previous consent was describing the situation, no personal bias. Thanks for reading the review.
I have very good experience in this car shop. I visited this shop around one week ago, i hope it gonna help.
