I bought a used car from Sunset Mitsubishi in Auburn 3 months ago. They had promised to fix a broken visor mirror and deep clean my enterior, since it... had a smell when I bought it. I was told to call in and make arrangements with them. I spoke with 3 different people by phone and even emailed the service department but nothing ever came of it, so I gave up. I just went in last Friday because my shifter, blinkers, door locks and who know what else had suddenly stopped working. They took me into the service department and said that anything electrical wasn't covered by my warantee but that they would plug it into their diagnostic machine. I was told also that the mirror and enterior cleaning was never put into writing on my contract, so they wouldn't do anything about it. I waited for an hour without them saying anything to me, so I finally went and asked someone at the desk for a follow up on what was going on. They apparently hadn't even put it on the machine yet, but said it was working fine now for some reason so they never used the diagnostic machine. They then came back about 1 min later to tell me it wouldn't start and now they thought I had a bad battery. They didn't have any batteries for my car so I had to go elsewhere to get a new battery. I went to O'reilys and got a new battery and installed it myself. I charged the old battery, which charged in about 2 mins. Just to find out that it wasn't the battery at all. I now have no idea what's wrong with it and have to wait to see if something else goes wrong with it. I will not be taking it back to this lot ever again if I can avoid it, since they can't seem to hold their promises and don't seem to have any idea what they are doing! Remember to get everything in writing!
Did what they needed to do when they said they would do it. Took less time than estimated. Wasn’t bad but wasn’t great either, just what was... required.
The service is always excellent and customer service is wonderful. The service waiting is clean and relaxing, the restroom is always clean and full of... supplies for your needs.
Replaced motor under warranty with no problem. Communication was lacking a little. We had to call to keep updated. Really nice people working here. ... Thanks.

Customer service was great. I was met immediately by Steve as I got out of my car. Steve then took me to the service desk. Kendall handled the paperwork.... I was in and out in a short amount of time.

Everyone was very friendly. It was an easy experience! Came away with a clean car to boot! I was offered a snack, and told that WiFi was available. Then... wLked to my car when it was ready.
The service went great and I will be back for my next service. I was treated with importance. Keep up the good work. The day I went it was very busy... but they still made my visit pleasant.
These people are incompetent as you can get. I haven't been in there even one time where they didn't screw something up. No matter if it's... leaving your steering wheel covered in oil, spilling oil all over your engine, messing up part orders and trying to make me eat the cost.... Sheesh! Get it right! And the manager acts like he hates his job. Maybe if he were a little more competent he would be pissed off about problems all of the time. And it isn't just me... I've watched him get nasty with customers who aren't even being rude. Find a new job, genius, you hate yours. That's not the customer's fault so quit making it their fault.
