PLACE!!! I bought a car from this dealership in December of 2018. A few months later the front bumper buckled on the passenger and driver sides. So I take... it to Nissan for repairs under warranty, just to find out that the car has been in an accident and that they wont repair it. After several calls to Zigler they blow me off and tell me that it's my problem. The hood is not lined up properly with the bumper and the fender, the passenger side light assembly is broken and there is a dent underneath the fender. I did not have an accident in this vehicle. This is how the vehicle was purchased and yet it's my faul . Ziegler needs to make this right. THEY SOLD ME A FAMAGE VEHICLE AND DID NOT DISCLOSE IT!!
I had a showing for the car on their website,I was constantly contacted by the associate Janet ,she sent me multiple email stating ,car is ready ,after... driving for more than an hour from Lincolnshire to chicago Zeigler, there was no sign of car or Janet and another associate tells me ,car isn't available in store"some one took for inspection ",least b courteous to tell the customer when car isn't there..But NO one made that effort or apologies ,made me drive hour plus ,only to find nothing. ..SHAMEFUL and UNPROFESSIONAL.

I saw a great deal online that was a LIE!! Shady business when they add $995 to their online price once you show up at the dealership. Screams ripoff!!

From the first conversation over the phone, to sending us additional pictures of the vehicle we were interested in to the time we left the dealership and... everything in between, Odie provided outstanding customer service. He answered our questions immediately and if he didn't know the answer he got it for us. He was up front, respectful and showed that he cared about the customer experience. Everyone we came in contact with was friendly and professional. For as busy as they were, that was great to see as it's becoming a lost art. We would consider purchasing a vehicle from them again in the future.

Took 2.5 hours out of my day to see a vehicle whose listing was totally misleading. Vehicle was not drivable, had major body damage – none of which was... mentioned in the listing or by salesperson over the phone.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP. I HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND! I bought a car from them in August 2018 from a lady named Kate. She was very nice but knew nothing... about the car she was helping us with. Promised us a bunch of marks would be touched up and in the end the biggest mark was fixed in agreement. That's Fine. They gave me a rental for the week and told me they would call when done which Kate said a couple of days. It was a week after and we called them asking about the car I actually had purchased and they said oh it's done. So we come and pick up the car and it's filthy. Mud everywhere on the inside of the car, the seats needed vacuumed. But we over looked that. Kate later on said she would give us the second set of keys(the car only came with one) when she receives them in from the dealership they bought my car form initially. Multiple texts went by of her stating she would get the keys and then she disappeared. So I contacted her boss Joe. Joe told us Kate never told us she would give us a second set of keys for my Nissan Rogue I bought. I showed him the texts she sent me stating she would get them for me. Joe took us over from then on. Which I will say JOE was thee only one who knew anything about Customer service and he was really the one who sold us my car not Kate. A month went by and joe finally told us to get them made by the Nissan dealership. So we get them made and then I send joe the bill which he said Zeigler would take care of and reimburse me for the cost. TWO WEEKS went by after that I sent him the bills. I got in contact with him after and he later said he wasn't with ZEIGLER anymore and to contact the GENERAL MANAGER named FRANK. What a mess. And now FRANK is stringing me along with saying he will get back to me. It's been two weeks with the guy and still NO reimbursement. This place is an absolute joke and no one should take their money here. All they do is jerk you around even after you buy a car from them. EMPTY PROMISES. And quite honestly I'm in contact with Ziegler's GENERAL MANAGER and STILL nothing is getting done. It is now October 22nd and I STILL have not gotten my money back for the keys I was TOLD by Ziegler's manager to go and get made.

If I could give 0 starts, I would! From the beginning, they played games with my mother and at the end they blamed it on the poor new associate Paloma!... The finance coordinator, I think her name is Mayra..blamed Paloma and kept bashing her. How unprofessional of her..we felt so bad for Paloma. Mayra Said Paloma asked for numbers for a different car and never the one my mom truly wanted but yet took us to test drive it, had it cleaned for her, had all the paperwork ready to go..and even put down 3k for it. Paloma even assured us after Mayra left the office that she put in everything right. After spending almost all day there, my mom was fed up and asked for her 3k back and Mayra said all cashiers had left and none of the managers had access to the safe?? So my mom insisted she wouldn’t leave without her money and Mayra just kept telling her she couldn’t force anyone to come back and just kept coming up with excuses! Then She kept leaving to talk to her boss and would come back offering bogus offers. That her boss felt really bad but yet her boss never came to talk to us directly!!!! Then when we were walking out, they were all outside smoking while we were inside all this time waiting impatiently!!!!!! Horrible experience. I hope Paloma finds a better job because they had no problem throwing her under the bus!
