    when I bought my vehicle I was told that the plates would be sent and I should them in about 10 days, I called after 25 days and was told the plates would... be put in the mail the next day, at the end of the temporary plate period I still have not received them, I was once again told they would be put in the mail, very poor service

    Sean (Sales) and Kyle (Finance) were wonderful and knowledgeable. I saw a great deal on a Honda Pilot with 84 mi the night before and they contacted me... the next day. As a working mom, I could not get there before they closed - so they stayed open just for me! Without a sure sell, Kyle started the loan approval process before I got there. While I drove the Honda, they assessed my trade-in. A couple of hours later I drove home with a "new to me" vehicle. Quick, accommodating and low pressure compared to other big name dealerships.

    I take back everything I said. BUYER BEWARE!!! On The way home, the check engine light came on. So did an alert for the gas cap. I assumed it was gas cap.... Day after I Picked the truck up, the fob died. This left me stranded as the truck is a push button. Replaced gas cap and fob. Check engine light still on. Blogs say a security code could be needed for the code to clear because of security with fob on the new remote. Covid 19 so I decide to wait.Following week, rust is starting to show through on the frame. Now I have to fix that. Almost a month without my plates from the dealership. I assume the delay is the DMV with the covid 19 stuff going on. Nope!They call and ask if I had gotten the smog test done so they can give me the plates. THEY NEVER TOLD ME I NEEDED IT TO BE DONE! You would assume if they didn't do it, the information would be passed on. NOPE! Take it to get tested, fails. The mechanic says it's not security code, but fuel and vacuum issues. Take to the dealership. $800 later, the regulator and a vacuum hose are replaced and a few recalls like the SAFETY BELT AND TAILGATE FALLING DOWN WHILE DRIVING are fixed. Both places state that the code was cleared because it had to of had this issue before I bought it. Scheduled to get it tested tomorrow. I go out today, after our first real rain in the month I've had it, and the windows are fogged like there's moisture inside.THE WHOLE BACK SEAT IS SOAKED! I know because new clothes I got are soaked and discolored. I start pulling stuff out and the seats, ceiling, and floorboard are soaked. The ceiling is now pulling away from the back window. there's massive moisture around the ceiling speakers and lights. Inspect, sure enough, it came from the sun roof. While investigating, because I haven't seen the top of the roof from the outside, the satellite radio antenna is busted and has been apparently for awhile. To make matters worse, the 35' on it have to be replaced because the alignment is so off and the cupping is so bad, that after 1500 miles of driving, there's almost no tread on the inside if they tires! I can't even flip them on the rim and rotate them! So I've already spent a thousand dollars. Am going to have to spend another thousand alone on tires. The frame is about another 300. The bed needs to be fixed of rust and lined, another thousand. And NOW it needs the interior fixed, the sunroof fixed, cleaned, the electrical checked, AND IT'S SUPPOSED TO RAIN AGAIN TONIGHT!!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!

    I've never had a more seamless experience when purchasing a used vehicle. My sales consultant, Tim, was informative and polite. He never hesitated to... answer any inquiry and assisted greatly with getting a pre purchase inspection from the manufacturing dealer. Whether you are dealing with Tim, Ron or anyone else in their department, they will help find you what you are looking for so hear your options and find the car for you. The service manager, Mohammed, and his team were quick and professional. The cars are serviced and detailed in front of the customer. My concerns were addressed at every step with patience and a great regard towards the customer. The finance manager, Eddie, went out of his way to find me the right warranty and financing option at my price point. The quality of service is far above the standard. Thank you to the entire team at VLM for your hospitality. 10/10 would recommend to friends and family.

    Tried to sell my husband a wrecked and repaired Tahoe. Price changed once he arrived at the dealer. Didn't even bother to ask about the loan residual of... the car he was trading until AFTER he signed the paperwork for the new vehicle. Took his check for down payment and said it was in the safe. They still have the check! THEN said they would not fix any issues found on the vehicle. He ended up walking away from the deal. DO NOT PURCHASE ANY VEHICLE FROM THIS ESTABLISHMENT. They are a FRAUD!

    I found a car I wanted on a facebook add. I contacted the dealer via email twice and no reply. I called finally and someone was supposed to call me back... to talk to me about the car. I live 7 hours away and i have to do this via email and calls. No one did for two days. I called again and spoke to someone, I wanted to have the car inspected at another dealer and i was going to pay for it. The salesman was supposed to contact me on the date anytime when it was going over there. Never did. four days later i called back. I arranged it myself to be taken to get inspected. Paid the fees waited for the salesman to call me back. never heard form him I called back two days later and spoke to another salesman. He was supposed to call me back with the prices and number because I told him i am ready to purchase. I waited another 2 days for him to call me or email me the prices and never did. Finally i called and spoke with someone and they emailed me some prices the next day. Just to find out they jacked the price of the car over 2k more than the add stated. When I asked about that they told me the car is now sold. i spoke with the manager and he was supposed to call me back with another car that may meet my needs and never heard from them again. Now i am still without a car and I paid money for nothing. worse experience at any dealership. would not recommend.

    My experience after driving down 4 .5 hours to see the car was please and nice. Then the price of the car went from $16,350 to $21000 I question them how... it could jump up that much of course they said fees and moved the pen around the page but what they pointed to did not equal the mark up. I then was quoted a price of $400 by Tim to have the car transported to Pa, this priced jumped to $550 when talking to them on the phone. I purchased the car on the 5th of January 2020 and they had to do some repairs on the car. They told me to just let them know when I needed the car. I was turning in my Mini that Friday which I kept them informed and gave them more than 24 hour notice that I would need the car which I Singed the loan and the purchase agreement. They just started the repairs Friday morning and assured me that the car would be there for me when I needed it. Need less to say it never arrived. I called the dealership On Saturday afternoon I called Tim and asked him where my car was and he said that you wasn’t at the dealership. I then proceeded to call the Driver and asked him where the car was and he said it was at the dealership. How sad!! They proceeded to say that the car would be there at 1am Saturday, It never arrived they demanded $550 which I paid $500 to them. They said the car would arrive at 1 AM on Sunday and it never arrived. They never called me to say it was delayed or that I wouldn’t receive it that night. Again “is this a luxury car dealership or is it not.” I called them and asked them where the car was they said it was detained with other vehicles. The car never arrived till Monday January 13, 2020 at 7am. The fuel tank was empty and they left me with no screws to screw in my license plate. “ again is this a luxury dealership or how in luxury dealership should act.” They said that they would leave a refund check for $200 which they never wrote in the the amount on the like so I could not cash the check. Formats that they left in the trunk of the car we’re not the floor mats for my model and make. There was a box of a seat cushion in the trunk that looks new which they did not tell me anything about it. I was unable to connect the voice activation system in the car because I found the wire disconnected. When questioning about the car and where it was they kept on telling me that they are a luxury dealership. No I know what a luxury dealership is because I purchased a mini before, I need us we have to say that I was not treat it like I was purchasing a car from a luxury dealership. When communicating with them over the phone if there’s any discrepancies they will talk over you and not allow you to get a word in. They also threatened me if I didn’t pay the $550 that they would not deliver the car they also threatened me that they would not deliver the car if my friend would not take down his review. The review that my friend. wrote had no knowledge that he wrote a review. This is one of those experiences where you have to say that I have lived and learned not to do it again. And if I can warn other people not to purchase from them I would. I have several concerns If the speaker was disconnected in my car what else have they done. They may have luxury cars but they do not handle themselves as a luxury car dealership from my experience.

    It was time to add a vehicle for my son and he had his heart set on a car from this dealership. I was pleasantly surprised to see that they had the car... ready for me to drive and the salesman Mohammad J. Was very accommodating and helped us finance. I had a few specific requests and these guys were right on it and got them done. I wholeheartedly recommend this dealership.

    I bought a Maserati Quattroporte that break down a week after I bought it, they clearly knew about this issue and now I will need to take them to court... to pay for the fees. Stay away from this business.
