I called in the morning and had an appt for an oil change that afternoon; service was exceptional. My service advisor (Leo) is the BEST!!! They even... washed my vehicle after the service, nice touch!
10k oil service; no complications, facilities are dated and in poor repair. intake is factory line style - you pull up; wait (and wait) but eventually... they acknowledge. Waiting area is a closed off corner with chairs running along a wall and a TV. Best to drop your car off and leave. The DMV has better accommodations.

Bought a 2008 Edge new from then Fuller Ford. Was not happy with their service depaetment. When the first Airbag recall was announced I checked to... have it done. Sorry no parts available was their answer. This is my wifes car and she drive elderly friends to & from various places since they don't drive and is very concerned about the her Edge possibally injuring someone. At the next oil change I asked about the recall and the service rep didn't know what I was talking about and I was told they would get back to me -- Never Happened. Now the business is no longer Fuller Ford & I thought "HURRAY" maybe we will be able to get someone now that appreciates their customers. Well it's the same old story about the "Air Bag" -- Sorry they are on backorder & we will call you when they become available. This has to be the lamest side stepping issue I've ever encountered. I drive a 2009 Jaguar XF and my service Rep at Hohen Motors has notified me everytime there has been a recall & there have been several one of which was the Air Bag which was replaced in January. We have sever friend who drive NON FORD cars that have their Air Bags replaced very shortly after their recall. All I can say is we love our 2008 Edge & had been planning to purchase another Year End 2017 but that didn't happen due to the Air Bag Issue. So we were waiting for the Year End 2018 clearances but have decided we will never purchace a FORD PRODUCT again & for readers, if this post doesn't get deleted, to take note of how bad ford really is when it comes to safety. Ford just doesn't get it and encourages their previous customers to drive unsafe vehicles.
