    Purchased a used 2012 Honda Civic... when we went to the local Honda dealer to get our car serviced, the serviceman pointed out that the frame was MADE... IN TAIWAN and it wasn't the original parts. Note the carfax was really clean and stated that the car has not been in any accidents. Upon closer inspection, the front bumper had a bigger gap on one side.... it must have been in a pretty severe accident and the people here are just trying to hide it. Don't believe what they say, RUN and don't come back! Best advice for you...! Don't fall for their 'deals'

    We also rely on CARFAX when purchasing our inventory from auction. When a vehicle has a clean CARFAX and drives well, we would have no reason to susp...ect it was in a prior accident.     I needed a decent work-truck at a good price. I shopped around a bit and came to Best Buy Used Cars after seeing the truck I wanted on Cars.com. They... were super friendly, easy to work with, and got me financed. I was on the road within two hours. Truck is in great condition even though it has higher miles. Jennifer and Marco were great.

    I was in the market for a used car when I encountered an employee from this dealer online, who attempted to belittle me and get me to shut up when I called... him out on something. Rather than deal with people who put on a smile to get your money but then try to tear you apart, I have decided to take my business elsewhere, and have so far convinced several friends to do the same.

    This customer texted our website about a Honda CR-V (his original inquiry was about a white Honda Pilot). The customer indicated that the pictures onl...ine were red, but the description of the color was white. Our employee's response was, "Thank you for contacting us. It's red. We're sorry about that. Is there anything else I can help you with?" This customer's response was, "Then could you have the web site person change it today?" Our employee responded, "No problem. I will." This customer said, "Thanks." That was the only interaction we had with this individual. No phone call, no other texting. Nothing but a short text thread. Within an hour of this interaction, our website manager made any necessary changes to the vehicle description. We have no idea how this warrants a negative review or how this constitutes being extremely rude, but we are frankly glad this person did not shop with us further.

    I initially left a very good review on Best Buy Used Cars recently. I bought a 2016 Malibu from here about two weeks ago. When I bought the car it had... a slight smell to it and the dealership was more than willing to detail the car for me. We scheduled the detail for the following day. I brought the car in and couple hours later went to pick the car up. Mason expressed to me the gentleman who detailed the car had to scrub really hard to get what ever was in the seats out. I was impressed by the amount of effort they went through for their customers. The next day I got into the car and notice there was a rip in seat right at the seam about 4 inches long. I immediately contacted Mason who sold me the car and sent a picture of the tear. He told me he would look into it. Based off our interactions up to this point I has 0 concern they would take car of it. Three days passed I called and said they were still looking into it. An additional four days later I contacted Mason again and he told me they were still seeing what they were going to do about it. He expressed that the gentleman who detailed the car said he didn't do it. He said he would let me know. I waited another couple days and reached out to the manager of the dealership. He was nothing but rude and short when I expressed my concerns with what happened. Told me they didn't tear the seat and there was nothing they were going to do about it. I explained to him that if they didn't tear the seat then their selling cars with tears in the seats(there was no tear when I bought the car). Either way its not a good look and he didn't care one bit. As the consumer I should have inspected the car after it was detailed to ensure it was still in the same condition I brought it in. Up until this point I was very impressed with this dealership and the sales rep I used. After all this it goes to show they care more about just selling cars (in any condition) rather than their customer service. All in all, the seat is going to cost me about $185 to get repaired based off the places I've reached out to. The dealership as a whole was decent but I will not be buying another car from here or recommending them to anyone else strictly off of principal. I would rather spend my money elsewhere in the future to businesses who care about their customers more than their sales. If you do purchase a car from here I urge you to inspect it thoroughly before purchasing and even after if you have to bring it in.

    We are sorry that you are not satisfied. However, our photos of the vehicle, taken prior to the sale, show that there was a tear in the seam of the s...eat already present. While it was difficult to see because it was at the seam, the tear was there prior to the sale. This used vehicle was sold "as is" and discounted sharply through negotiation. Part of the reason the vehicle was discounted so much was because it was not perfect. Unfortunately, we are not in a position to turn a used vehicle, sold "as is," into a perfect car--otherwise we would not have been willing to sell it for the price we gave you.     Jennifer Fuentes was the only sales rep that followed up from any dealership that I contacted. Price was way too high for the car advertised, so I did... not buy it. However, she is the type of sales person that every dealer should have on staff.
