One of the customer experiences I have had in a long time. Trying to buy a car remotely. Found a great car, agreed on a warranty price, told them I’d like... pricing firmed up before I bought a flight out but it needed to be done quickly since flights keep getting more expensive. Was told I’d be called back that night. Never called. Had to call them the next morning. They said they would call back in 15 min. Never called. We had already ran credit and everything, I just had a few more questions on the warranty and they would have had a sale, but no one would call back. I finally talked to them Monday, voiced my frustration, and their response was, “Well we were busy.” Am I not a customer too?!? You would have made a sale with me had you just called me back. Told them I’d like more knocked off the car since they had wasted my time and I’d be buying a more expensive flight. Sales manager, Dave, said that’s not going to happen and hung up. Never buy a car from these guys.
They stated they would fix a thumping noise coming from the front end. Said it was the sway bar. Well they fix sway bar and surprise its still thumping... and getting worse. Mind you they have had my van longer than I have because of other problems. Now that they know what problem is the Manager says there not gonna fix it because they have fixed the other issues. Sounds to me breach of contract, not fixing what was promised. Buyer beware, any issues whatsoever during test drive dont sign anything. Never been more disappointed in a car dealership.
The manager Eric K. such a xxxxxxx! No customer service skills what so ever. Rude. We found a vehicle we wanted...we live over an hour away. My husband... called this morning to tell them we would be coming they told him that it was still available. My husband offered a deposit to hold the vehicle. They said there was no need. So what do we do...we drive all the way there to get it and NOPE sorry they sold it. They had something in the works since Saturday and nobody cared to let us know. Our salemen Austin (don't bother with that toddler) said "oh, yeah my bad....I tried to call you a little bit ago" so like any other human would be we're livid. And their so called manager just kept on keeping his seat warm behind his desk where he keeps his big Macs and just chuckled at the whole situation. What a joke. Don't bother! just a bunch of sketchy salesmen. There's no such thing as good people on this world. Everyone is out for themselves. oh, and thanks Dave Thiemann-General Sales Manager for ignoring my calls for my complaint of your manager.
