Was directed to the dealership through CarGurus, set up the time, shared the VIN, pictures of the vehicle to confirm they understood the condition and vehicle history before I drove an hour away from home. After arrival it took 2 hours and 15 minutes for them to determine they would offer 80% of the original estimate. AVOID THIS PLACE!

I purchased a Cadillac Escalate from this company.
I purchased a Cadillac Escalate from this company. The same day I got and drove it home I was having problems with the brakes,although they said they did a They they did 172 point inspection. I called back immediately they came down and drove it took it to car wash and said UT happen sometimes with the sensors. Fast forward it ended up paying over a $1,000 in brake repair. I submitted my complaint through the BBB they didn't even bother to respond. I would not recommend this Dealership to anyone. Highly disappointing.

While your vehicle did undergo a thorough multi-point inspection prior to the sale, items such as brakes are considered normal wear-and-tear components that can require replacement within a year depending on driving habits and conditions. Thank you for responding, although no one responded to my complaint through BBB. If you had checked tour records more carefully you would have found that the purchase was on January 4,2025 which was this year. You said that you do 172 inspection. There is no way that could of happen due to extensive damage there was to the brake system. Plus the response I got when when I initially contact your dealership when the issue first came up was a car wash. Now I'm dealing with a heating issue. Very disappointed in your service will not recommend your dealership to anyone.
I know what you are talking about . I gave you the date of the purchase and the sales person's name is Jeff. If this is your idea of addressing my issue it is not working or maybe you are trying to may yourself look good. Either way it is not working. This is a insult to my intelligence. I am seeking out other resource through the state and federal government so that this can be address correctly.

Service at Grand Blanc Mitsubushi was for a liftgate
Service at Grand Blanc Mitsubushi was for a liftgate safety recall. The vehicle functions better than ever. It was extremely difficult to close the liftgate before the repair. It is much easier to close the lg now.

They had us come up to the dealership which was an hour
They had us come up to the dealership which was an hour away, saying that we could put $2000 down and get the truck we wanted, but when we got there we got the run around. Then they said she needed a co-signer and $3000 instead of 2. They ran the credit online and she had a pre-qualification already. They ran her credit 7 or 8 times and we still didn’t get a car. We told them that it was far and they could run the credit online so we wouldn’t have to waste a trip up there because it’s 1 1/2 hours away, and we had work to do as well. So it was an all around bad experience and waste of time and gas. Thanks for asking
