James Mitsubishi

As i drive around utica,rome and even syracuse i see the James cars plates everywhere. They must be doing somthing right. I love my new 2018 mitsubishi outlander.

I had the best experience here, that I've ever had in my life. The salesman, Doug wasn't just great, he was funny, kind, thoughtful. He was not pushy at all, did not try to pressure me at all, which was so different than the rest of them out there. Then to top it off, the finance mgr, Tom, went above & beyond to get me a good deal & proper financing. My salesman even drove from Rome to Syracuse so I could sign additional forms, who does that??! I am from Syracuse & it was more than worth the 45 min drive, as I left w/a brand new Mitsubishi eclipse! I would recommend this dealership to anybody. They treat you like friends & family !!

It was a simple process and the employees were a joy to work with. My mother in law also bought a care there and were very satisfied.

Our son bought a 2017 Lancer. He has nothing but problems with it. The service department says that he is doing something wrong. Sealed fog lights have water in them. He can not keep it in alignment. He has had it aligned 3 times since Feb. He bought it for $23K, it was appraised yesterday for $13K. How can it depreciate $10 from Feb-Oct? Car is in great condition . DO NOT recommend James Mitsubishi.

Awesome my car was totalled the day before my visit so i was stressed And in pain when i came in and in less than an hour i had a gorgeous brand new car. I have never owned a new car in my life
