    Johnny and Keith in sales were great to work with. The facilities are excellent. I don't agree with some of the company policies for mandatory add-on features... and fees so I can?t give an overall 5 star rating.

    Mr. Speights was a great salesman. He was attentive to my needs as a buyer. The sales manager, Mr. Mumphery, was very accommodating and an integral part... in my car purchasing experience.     No stars at all. Bought a 2018 QX30 for 17,9 and the Car salesman (manager) KEITH told me 21,00 before I sign the paper which was signed at my home in... Columbus,Ga after sever attempts to get paperwork, finally emailed me and it had 24,00 which book value is 16,00 told by my attorney. This dealer didnt get proof of employment didnt have proof if I could pay for the car, I personally think because I live out of town,a single woman and worked crazy hours tht I was taken advantage of, I'm sharing my experience bc I hate for anyone to endure the horrible treatment I endure including the service department. The car was sold with open wires under the hood which they never fixed, thermostat fluctuate but I'm told that's normal. I have a lawyer and we're getting intouch with the radio stations and daily newspaper, I also have pictures of the car in this horrible condition. I tried to rectify the situation by asking for another vehicle but nothing. We have not written the owner of the dealership which we're in the process of doing after the holidays. I'm a healthcare worker and everyday I'm fighting to keep my patients, coworkers, physicians, my family and myself safe due to this deadly virus (COVID-19) I've lost patients and family friends due to this horrible virus and now I have to deal with this dealership mistreatment, my prior car is a 2005 Malibu and I wanted to buy a reliable car to travel to see my grands and this is the experience I had with trying to purchase a vehicle . I wish I never ever start looking for a car and just continued to rent a vehicle to travel. Please continue check your newspapers because its not over for me. Please Please check the blue book, call your private mechanic and do not let manager/salesman Keith from Napleton infiniti of macon on riverside dr in macon,ga sale you a little red wagon the kiddos pull around the guy is very dishonest and I'm determined to inform the state of Georgia of this con artist. Thanks for listening yours truly Mrs Disgusted. Again they get NO stars from me but I had to check at least one star to submit

    Mr. David Henry was the best salesman ever. He made sure that I was happy and that I left with the vehicle I came for. This was my first time ever purchasing... a vehicle in my name, and Mr. David along with Mr. Bill made it an extraordinary experience. I will most definitely purchase a vehicle from them again.     Ray and the rest of the staff have gone above and beyond to make sure we are satisfied. They didnt have the car we wanted on their lot, but were diligent... in finding what we wanted. Since buying the car, we have had some questions and Ray has been prompt in answering them. We appreciate their courtesy and professionalism and want to say "thanks"!! It's been a great experience!

    I was impressed with the professionalism of Sean Gregory, my salesman, during the purchase of my INFINITI QX60. He was very personable and accommodating....     I was in the process of buying a truck, spoke to a salesman who assured me if I drive the hour and a half to this Napleton of Infiniti in Macon, I would... get a good deal. I arrived at Napleton of INFINITI in Macon, everyone there was very nice and courteous, everything was going very well, I told him I had my own financing and the salesman and I agreed on a price for the trade-in of my truck, and the purchase price of the new vehicle but when I got to the finance guy things changed to put it bluntly the finance guy is an xxx. I guess the finance guy thought I would not read the paperwork, first off from the time me and the salesman agreed on the price of my truck and the price on the vehicle I was purchasing my trade-in had depreciated 3,000 dollars in less than ten minutes.Then he kept trying to tell me that’s what my truck is worth I told him no that’s not the price me and the salesman agreed on, after another five minutes of a heated discussion when he was convinced that I was not budging from the price the salesman and I had agreed too, he got up to talk to the salesman about the price of my trade-in. The finance guy came back in his office where I was waiting for him and then he raised the trade-in price up 1,000 dollars I proceeded to tell him again, this is not the price, the finance guy said let’s just agree that this is the price, I said no, after that he wanted me to finance the vehicle through Infiniti he said he could get me a better deal, the deal through Infiniti was for 4 years at a higher price and higher payment, than the 5 years deal I had at a lower price and because I would not accept his terms of the higher price deal through Infiniti the finance guy said he would not do the deal anymore at the already negotiated price, he actually raised the price of the vehicle then I replied because I will not accept your terms of me paying more for this truck now you will not do this deal we agreed upon he said yes, I responded this is crazy. The finance guy at Napleton of Infiniti in Macon is a liar and all things bad that you hear about car dealerships, I’m sure you have lost a lot of business because of his racist, scheming, and tasteless behavior. After that experience the whole attitude of the dealership changed when I left his office and walked out the other people there seemed to follow his lead except the guy from Ohio, and the receptionist they were the only two people that still spoke but no one else. I will never recommend anyone to go to Napleton of Infiniti in Macon. Some weeks later the General Manager called me from this dealership because of the response I left pertaining to my visit at this dealership, he said he was concerned about it as well as he should be, we spoke briefly and he said he would call me back I believe it’s been 3 weeks, if not longer I still haven’t received a phone call, like I always say the tail of the snake is a distinct copy of the head of the snake. Nevertheless I got a great deal from Infiniti in Augusta Ga. if you’re in the process of purchasing a new or used vehicle they will really work with you and the finance guy won’t change the price on you, it’s a three and a half hour drive but it’s well worth it, the drive saved me thousands of dollars.

    Infinity of Macon is the true example of superior customer-service! I contacted the dealership regarding my pre-approval and the vehicle I was interested... and spoke with Kate, who was so friendly. I was immediately contacted back by Mark the GM in relation to the vehicle I was interested in online. After speaking with Mark, I was then immediately contacted by Jordan in the finance division. I supplied Jordan with the requested documents and she began the vehicle purchase process. Due to the fact I reside out of state, Jordan was able to contact my lender immediately in order to over night my paperwork for me to sign and return. Jordan is AMAZING! She was available at all times when I contacted her via text or by phone. Whether she was in the office or at home. Her expertise and professionalism ranks in the top five customer service experiences I have ever had. From the beginning of my vehicle purchase to the end. Jordan effectively executed the entire process within five days including the delivery of my vehicle to Florida. I recommend Infiniti of Macon to anyone looking for superb quality service!
