Worst Experience Ever. Stay Away from Dealer-Liars
I guess I should have looked at their reviews. We went into this dealership in the hopes of leasing a Lincoln Aviator. We liked it but wasn't sure at the time as the price was more than we wanted to spend. We had conversations throughout the day and finally negotiated and agreed on a price and told them we were on our way to sign the papers. We were about 25 minutes away. All the sales manager said at that time is that they were demo'ing the car and we can wait or come over. When we came over we walked through the door and standing at the desk was a sales consultant (I believe his name was Eddie) and next to him looked like a customer. The sales person turns to us and in front of the customer and other customers sitting there with a smile said we sold the car to this gentleman. Wait what we agreed on a price and we were coming in to sign the paperwork? Eddie said well he purchased it and you should have come in earlier. Not only was it unethical, unprofessional it made the customer who was going to purchase this car out from under us uncomfortable. The sales manager came out and instead of apologizing was rude and decided to try and say well I told you not to come over and that someone was looking at the car? This was a total lie. He said demo, but didnt say he had another client looking to possibly purchase the car and to wait in case it wasnt available? Btw there were about 3-4 lies that we caught both the sales manager in and the sales consulant. If the sales manager communicated this why did he already have our paperwork ready to sign. The main one was when we pressed he told us yes I thought you were buying the car as I had your paperwork all ready to go. We walked out and this was our first and last experience at Lincoln. If I was Lincoln I would not want to associate myself with these 2 liars and con artists. Everyone Makes Mistakes, but it is how you react to them that shows the true character of a business. They want to sell cars and if they got a better deal from someone else own up to it. I would have respected that instead of the sales manager saying we someone should not have come here until I called you and like we were liars. I would stay far away from this dealership and it is a very bad representation of Lincoln. I f this is how you are treated when they want your business, I cant imagine how you are treated at this dealership when they no longer need your business. Bye Bye Lincoln.

Have sent in numerous comments, talked with two people, and only get a "that is not normal". Well, it's normal for me to not go there anymore.

Fix console door
My console door was jammed shut. I went to the dealer to schecule an appointment. Appointment was scheduled promptly. When I showed up for the appointment, I was handled quickly and professionly. Both the check in person and the mechanic were very polite and professional. The mechanic clearly addressed the problem, found the problem, and made the correct repairs. I am new to this area, I have found this dealer to be an excellent place to have my car serviced.

Awful Service Coconut Creek Lincoln
Do not waste your time bringing your vehicle to the Coconut Creek Lincoln Service Center. They are not able to follow any instructions whatsoever. I specifically requested my Navigator not be put through the car wash as the last time they put my vehicle through their wash, I had multiple scratches on the hood. I had since paid to get those buffed out and had the whole vehicle ceramic coated since then. When I scheduled service this time, I made sure to mention twice to the service agent to not put it through the wash. I also repeated the request again to the valet who picked the vehicle up this morning. Did they follow these instructions? Not at all. They put my Navigator through their automatic wash which completely ruins ceramic coatings. Also, one of my main concerns was a light on the driver side door panel that had random flickering and then turned off by itself. I even put tape around the light to show exactly what I was talking about. I received conflicting information on whether or not this was functioning when I called in to check on the status of the vehicle. Of course when the vehicle was returned to me, nothing at all was fixed even though they told me it was fixed. I will not be purchasing a Lincoln in the future if this is the incompetence that I have to deal with from my local service center. I don't have the time to bring it in to a farther dealership.
